Check in was quick and easy from a friendly staff. Facility is not fancy, after all it is a budget hotel, but the room was clean and well maintained. Bed was comfortable and we had a pleasant stay.

Older but clean property and much less money than other properties. There is traffic noise as can be expected considering the area. Had a pleasant stay! Will come here again.

Great place to stay! Very helpful and friendly front desk staff, housekeeping also friendly and attentive. Very nice park and dog park across the street, great location no matter what you plan to do on your stay!

We stayed at the same motel on Dec 27 2023 and everything was great. Went back on Jan 2 2024 and in the matter of one week things changed. Made my reservation through Expedia just like In Dec. only this time the girl at the counted wanted me to give a 40.00 deposit. I was not ask for a deposit the week before. We were so upset that we went down the road and stayed at another motel. I would like my money back for the room on Jan 2 2024, for had it not been for the way we were treated we would have gladly stayed there.

Our policy as stated above under the fees section is we require a 40 damage deposit for all guests. This deposit was taken by you our most valued guest on your first stay, you provided us a Visa card ending in 3975 which we charged 40 and refunded back to you upon checkout.

We've stayed before with no issues but had bugs in both rooms this time. Florida is bad for bugs but i think they need to put some more focus on spraying.

1) I had to wait to check out for the receptionist to “inspect the room.” I asked why and was told because people forget things. What a bold lie. 2) After waiting to be released, the receptionist could not produce a zero balance receipt, despite having put a hold on my card. I made the lady write out a hand-written receipt.

Room didn’t seem all that clean. Staff wasn’t as welcoming and informative. Seemed like they just wanted to check me in and be gone didn’t even get Wi-Fi password figured it out on our own. We had a hard time getting the tv to work we also got it to work eventually. Felt like there was a few things that could have been done to improve starting with front desk.

This property was fine for a quick weekend trip. The only complaint I have is our room was right at the front and there were loud drivers racing up and the strip early morning hours. Not the hotels fault but something to be aware of.

The rooms need renovation. There was limited housekeeping , only changed towels and emptied trash daily. We stayed 5 nights and beds weren’t freshened and rooms weren’t vacuumed. Bathroom had missing plug and the clean out wasn’t screwed into the wall. Couldn’t give young children a bath in either room.

When we went to our booking they told us they cancelled it and slammed the window in our faces with 0 explanations and sid they called us that morning but I looked at all calls and voicemail for that day absolutely nothing

This place is held together with a Band-Aid
I didn’t expect much for the price, but the furniture is falling apart and worn badly, there are people outside arguing which I understand is not the hotel aspect but considering the location I didn’t expect it to be like that.

We stayed 2 days here. It was clean for the most part. The lady that worked the counter was really sweet and attentive. Yall need to give her a nice raise!!! I wish I knew her name, but anyway out overall experience was great!! Y s I would definitely stay here again.

Honestly, the price we paid for this stay, we were not expecting much. We had to make an unexpected trip here and didn’t want to spend what we usually do for a hotel stay. But, to our surprise, this property was very nice. The outside was clean and the room was clean. Plenty of towels were stocked upon arrival and had the basic amenities. The staff was very friendly and check in and out was seamless. I love excessively hot showers/baths and this water was super hot. The breakfast was coffee and a pastry, but for us it was perfect. The location is great for the beaches. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Needs to be condemned.
Worst hotel I ever stayed in. I was shocked. It looked nasty. Toilet seat had a foot print on the back of it. Desk and chair both ripped. Wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to stay here. Very misleading on internet advertisement.

Just a few comments: First ... room was very large ... could have held a dance in there. Next ... Even though there was a facial tissue (Kleenex) holder in the bathroom, there was no box of tissues. I asked the maid if she could get me some but she thought the hotel was out and didn't know when their supply would be restocked. As it was, no tissues showed up. Also ... the pool area was littered with sticks & leaves. Looked like it had not been cleaned or swept in some time. As it was, I did not use the pool. Lastly ... The shower was OK, but no place to hold soap or shampoo so those basically had to be dropped on the shower floor (where you could step on them and slip & fall). A very simple holder could be located on the front wall of the shower under the shower head (but not on the side wall or back wall where so many are located to bang your head or arm on).
