The room had so much damage it hasnt been cleaned the beds uncomfortable, the ac unit was struggling, the smell of drugs was everywhere and the noise of people constantly moving around

I love that it was super affordable. But being cheap usually means theres a reason why. The room wasn't filthy but the building overall is in pretty rough shape. Pros: -staff wasn't rude -the outside & lobby were very clean -the bathroom in our room was very clean -the AC worked well -no bugs in sight -parking lot was well lit at night -mini fridge worked well and was very clean Cons: -we had to use the door at the back of the building to get to our room. The card reader was...broken/destroyed. so it's just open for anyone to come in. Dont love that. -the bed sheets had what looked to be cigarette ash and some weed remnants. Yes, it was a smoking room but the bedding wasn't clean. -lamp shades were broken and stuff was just in rough shape Overall my experience was fine. For the price it wasnt awful. I've definitely been in much worse.

The staff at the property was rude. I ended up late as my flight was delayed. When I was at the property at 3am, they did not let me in and asked me to call hotels.com. They said it was not for the day I was in but hotel.com confirmed, I was on the correct date. Never ever going to stay or let anyone I know to stay at this property.

Filthy!
This hotel was a total sham. NOT as advertised or pictured. No coffee/tea in 'common room' No Common room, it appears to have turned into managers living quarters. No coffee pot in room. No breakfast, not to mention the smell of curry permeated the entire first floor! No Luggage dolly said clerk even though I saw someone using one twice.....Room had beer caps and lighters in pull out sofa, dirty shoes in closet..Not clean bathroom.and the last night the 4 of us were there we had to go purchase our OWN toilet paper. Could never get someone to come to 'office' I took pictures of everything. Hotel is old and run down bad. A/C never did work correctly. Drug dealers out the side door. This place needs to be shut down. outside doors to both floors were propped open instead of needing to use a key-serious safety issue for me...

Not good service
Check in was not very friendly. We tried to pay with a another credit card, but, only the person who made the reservation was allowed to use their card. We requested a non smoking room and it smelled like cigarette smoke throughout the hallway and in the room. We did stay for two nights and no one cleaned our room or resupplied our shampoo or soap. The lobby is closed, so check in is at a window. No one was available for our check out.

If it burned it would be an improvement.
The people at this property are a bunch of liars. They tried to scam me out of $250 by saying I brought a dog in the room then changing it to a cat when there was neither. They wanted me to immediately go to the front desk and pay this $250 or they were going to call the cops. I can't believe they're even allowed to sell on this website nothing they say they have do they have they have no restaurant they never have had a restaurant there. It says it comes with breakfast for two on the booking there's no breakfast there's no coffee there's no tea. Me and my guest had red bumps all of us when we woke up. And compensation for this they offered us a $15 coupon.

The staff was terrible and rude. They gave my room and reservation away to somebody else. I had a flight delay and called to tell them I would be checking in later than expected. The person on the phone said they didn't have a reservation for me and to call Expedia because its their problem and then hung up on me. He had an attitude when I arrived but because they didn't check identification properly they checked someone else into my room. The room was filthy. No fitness center as advertised. Pool was closed. Avoid at all costs. Expedia should be held accountable for this too. They should really do more research into horrible locations and businesses such as this. Just an awful around around experience. Avoid at all costs.

Sad and tired old building. Duct tape holding faucet in tub together. No coffee maker in room, no hair dryer in bathroom and lobby area locked down both morning and nights.

Well when we got there I booked a smoking room and the guy at the front desk said that I didn't I showed him my booking deal it showed that I had booked a smoking room but he kept telling me I didn't so he charged me 30 extra dollars for something that I already had booked for that I give him a sorry review he should be fired but he probably is the owner of the place but after booking my smoking room he charged me an extra 30 bucks saying that I didn't book a smoking room he said I booked a non-smoking room which I showed him my receipt it said I booked a smoking room so I guess I hope he needed that money more than I did sorry dog for charging me a extra 30 bucks for something I already booked.

Checking in, theguy told me i didnt have the reservation that was on my confirmation. I showed him my receipt and he just said well thats not what he had. When he assigned me a room on the secondfloor, he said they did not have a. Elevator. I am disabled and using a cane to walk. So o asked for help getting my bag upstairs and he refused.then he told me i would have to go park at the other end of the building and go in at that door and get to my room on my own. When i finally got to my room, suposedly a suite, the couch was all sliced up like someone took a knife and just started slashind. The room was the nasiest i have ever seen. NEVER STAY HERE

The staff demanded $20 extra for checking in less than an hour before what he said was actual check in time. The notice I received from Expedia stated the hotel offered 2 hour early check in. That was a total misrepresentation. The second biggest misrepresentation was that it clearly stated it was pet friendly. The same person who checked me in stated no pets. Other than that it was dirty, beds uncomfortable and overall depressing.
