Lobby and room Clean, nice front desk staff, helpful when we needed help with the tv, housekeeping brought us more towels when we called!

Quiet neighborhood. Good location off of the highway. Comfortable bed with clean linens daily. Good closet and storage space. Lighting was dim for the room.

It was a nice hotel. Lights were out in the elevator and the conditioner in the shower was empty. There were some people yelling in the hallway at 2AM for about half an hour which woke us up. Other than that it was nice. I would stay here again.

I didn't like having to pay $20.00 for breakfast even if you just got a bowl of cereal! Coffee wasn't put out till after 9am, and the bar was closed on a Saturday night! Not good planning 😕

We werent told that there is a major remodel going on with the hotel when we booked. We didn't find that out until we were there. Power tools and people moving the entire time. The first floor had construction stuff every where. Had I known in advance, I would have booked elsewhere.

Thank you so much! Were able to check in super early and get some rest before the concert!! So close to the venue like 15min with easy access to transportation/ Ubers!! Thank you all so much!! Love the clean smell and cleanliness throughout the hotel!!!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Staff was awesome! We arrived early and were allowed to check in early. Breakfast was great, loved the omelettes.

It did the trick for a quick girls getaway and not spending much time in the hotel. It’s a little rundown but again totally fine to crash after a night out.

Hello where is the desk clerk?
Upon arrival and check out there was no one covering rhe desk. The room smelled damp, stall and it did not improve during my stay. The desk clerks seemed to wander about the hotel and there was no calling bell to get help you just had to wait until they decided to come back.

Clean & Comfortable/too much highway noise
We arrived at 4:45 and our room was not ready; check-in is 4pm. Staff was working alone at the counter therefore she was also busy trying to help others. Our wait for the room was 15 minutes. We stayed in the King Suite; very spacious and accommodating however the level of highway traffic noise is truly terrible. We barely slept due to this fact alone.

Our stay eas very comfortable. The only issue was the toilet handle. It needs repair/replacement (#223). The breakfast seemed a little overpriced, but other than that, we were pleased with the.room and the service
