Thank You so much for your thorough and candid review of our property. We do have the best staff and overall friendly atmosphere in our area of town. While we are in need of a little renovation "love" we are still maintaining our product and cleanliness to overcome some of our "challenges". The hotel will be undergoing significant renovations hopefully beginning late in the fourth quarter, 2024 so be on the lookout for more information on that coming soon!

Thanks so much for taking the time to let me know about your recent stay. I am so sorry about the drunken Spring Break idiots. We did end up kicking out about 10 rooms of "adults" who were making way too much noise over the weekend. Unfortunately, it took some time to get them out and they really made our staff and many guests uncomfortable. I am sorry we let you down and I assure you, this is NOT the norm for this property as we have a ZERO tolerance policy for noisy and unruly guests.

Thanks so much for the review of your recent stay. While we are an older property, we are known for our cleanliness and well-maintained product. We do care about our guests stay and I am sorry if the overall property did not make you feel comfortable. Our elevator sign is designed to elicit feedback from our guests. If you cannot give us an "8" or higher, we urge you to let us know so we can fix whatever issues you may have experienced.

I regret that you had so many bad experiences while staying with us recently. It is our standard script to let all of our guests know about the services and amenities offered at the hotel upon check in. All of our fees, taxes and any credit "holds" are printed on our registration cards. Perhaps we need to do some training as to what the credit hold is for. We trust our guests but there is unfortunately that 2.0% that cause damage or leave without paying remaining balances; this is the reason for the hold and all Fort Worth hotels use this standard practice. I am sorry that we let you down. I have shared your comments with my entire team as an example of the impression we DO NOT want to leave with our future guests.

Thanks for letting us know about your recent stay. I am sorry about that slow toilet; I will certainly get that looked at in the room you stayed in. We do hire a wide and diverse staff and we encourage them to learn practical "working English" so I am sorry that you were unable to communicate with your room attendant. I will continue to work with all of our staff that have a native tongue that is different than English.

I am so sorry that you had such a terrible check in and stay experience. While we are typically very busy on a Friday and Saturday night, we are usually pretty good at balancing the guests checking in to the many phone calls we receive at the front desk. The hot water issue was due to a boiler going down. While unavoidable at the time, it still affected many of our guests. I hope that you will come back again so I can meet you personally and make this past stay right in some way.

Well gee, I'm sure glad you liked our restaurant and hotel overall. We do have a complimentary shuttle to and from the Historic Fort Worth Stockyards every Friday & Saturday evening until 1:00am so please check that out next time you are with us.

We do have only one set of elevators and they are right in the middle of the hotel. We try to remember to tell guests that they can ark closer to our middle entrances and that does save some time and shoe miles.
