The room was clean and neat. The was below confortable. Somewhat hard. Notice the sitting chair to watch TV was very worn, blotches of vinyl were missing. Staff were very very hard to communicate with.

The odd thing is that the the TV and the DirectTV was all disconnected from one device to the other and power, toke a bit since the cables were not there.

I didn't see anything good about this hotel!!!! I sure didn't like the rudeness of the people who work there. The absolute worst customer service ever. The smell is unheard of and they said no smoking but there hallways smelled like I walked into a weed farm. They tried to charge me an additional fee to stay in a room that I was already in! Just overall a horrible experience

Horrible Hotel
It was a horrible experience. As soon as I walked in to my room the smell of cigarettes was super strong. There were ants and bugs everywhere and the toilet did not work.

There was a problem when I made the reservation so I explained to the office what had happened and they graciously gave us another room with a sleeper. We paid $20.00 more to cover the other two people that would be in the room....This place was very clean.....beds were very comfortable and pillows were great! We will stay at this hotel next time we are in town.

There wasn't any free breakfast. The refrigerator made noise. Not TV list of channels that where available. No place to hang clothes, except a small area in bathroom from a shelve that was so low that clothes touched the floor. 3 people in room & only got 2 towels.For a handicap room it was good, but to get to room it was a little bite hard to get to. They had pipes laying on ground that could have made anyone fall. They had Issues when checking in.We didn't have any problems with our stay that were bad, just little small problems.

Found used towels in chest of drawers. Mentioned to front desk and acknowledged but the next day after “ cleaning” they were still there. Cigarette burns in bed linen, not another set anywhere? Needed a shower after leaving. The only caveat was that the front desk staff were friendly.

First off I thought the hotel was at another location I was looking at. Second of all I specifically said non-smoking. It was neither! The room smells like marijuana and cigars there was riding all over the furniture stains on the carpet the bedding had cigarette burns on them. The bathtub tile had mold on it it was overall a horrible Hotel. I couldn't even stay there! I wound up going to the hotel I thought I was going to in the first place. I couldn't even get a refund back! Yes I had to spend extra money but it was worth it!

It was all right, the rate was good but required a 50$ cash deposit which the app didn’t say anything about that.

The room was adequate. It was a windy night and the wind whistled through the door all night. There was something on the toilet handle and the bathroom door that came off when I cleaned it. There was dried mud on the floor between the beds that also came up with a little effort. It was last minute and this room had two queen beds, which is what I needed.

Nice Surprise
It was a last minute booking for us for this trip. The room was nice - it looks like they had and are still doing some upgrading/remodeling, but overall, the room was great. Beds were super comfy and housekeeping was great. Very quiet location also.
