We're sorry that you were not satisfied with your stay. You checked in to the hotel (using a local address) at 4:00pm and checked out at 11:00pm on the same day. You requested a refund for a room that you had used for 7 hours. Hotel policy states no refunds will be issued after check-in and we do not do same day cancellations of reservations. Thank you for your review. Maintenance is correcting the loud vent problem. I would have moved you to another room had we known. The hotel is in the middle of a two year renovation program. Some issues like the chrome plated drain are still being replaced. We enjoyed having you as a guest and hope you will consider staying with us again if you're in our area.

All of the guest rooms have been recently remodeled to include new beds, flooring, paint, lighting, and phones. We are in the middle of a two year renovation plan. The carpeting and flooring in the common areas along with remodeling of the check-in and breakfast area will be completed later this fall/winter. Additional improvements to the guest rooms will also occur.We have talked to housekeeping to make sure damaged linens are not used. We would have gladly replaced any towels or washcloths you were uncomfortable with.We would enjoy having you as a guest if you're in our area again!

You booked your stay through a 3rd party for 2 adults and a pet for 2 nights. When you arrived there were 4 adults. There is an additional charge for each extra adult per night. There is also a pet fee per night which you were informed of at the time your room was booked. When you chose to leave after the first night, your account was charged accordingly and you were only charged for one night. Each bed receives clean linens after each guest leaves. Shower curtains are changed and the bathroom is thoroughly cleaned. All of our rooms have been recently remodeled including new beds, flooring, lights, etc. If you would have notified us of any problems, we could have corrected them or put you in another room.

Your reservation was for 2 guests in a room with 2 queen size beds. Each bed has two pillows. Each room is initially supplied with 2 washcloths, 2 hand towels and 2 bath towels. Extra pillows, towels, etc. are provided upon request.

Your room was booked for 2 adults and 2 children which is the maximum allowed in a room with 2 queen beds. To provide security for all guests we do not allow visitors for extended periods. Our check-in rules state "Any additional guests will be charged 10 per guest, per night." You signed that you agreed to this rule upon check-in.

We tried to choose bedding that would be comfortable for everyone.Our breakfast bar includes two types of cereal, a variety of oatmeal, muffins or rolls, toast with butter and jelly, a choice of juices and freshly brewed regular or decaf coffee.
