Expedia needs to alert prospective customers to this property that the hotel is no cash; only credit cards can be used to pay for anything. Additionally, Expedia needs to alert customers that the bus shuttle to the hotel is not adequately marked. Instead users are forced to asked the several lines if they service that Holiday Inn. There's nothing wrong with the hotel. The problem lies in the inaduate information that Expedia supplies. Also, Expedia needs to supply reservation numbers in case a customer wants to cancel a reservation. A telephone number for the hotel would also help.
