Does the job!
Very convenient and perfectly acceptable for an overnight stop between train journeys. Very reasonably priced too. Breakfast included - adequate but rolls/bread were disappointing by German standards.

It’s more like a 3 stars hotel, definitely not 4 stars. Weird smell in the reception, and also in the room. I saw rubbish in my room after I checked in. The key advantage is that it’s just next to the central station, so it’s convenient for travelling.

The lights in my room started flickering and then all the electricity just went out. No one could fix it. No electricity at all for my one night stay. Phone didn’t charge. Straight up 3rd world conditions. The manager refused to offer a discount or refund

Unsafe Hotel
While the rooms in this hotel were updated and it is in a convenient location, it is unsafe to stay there. We stayed 3 nights. Two of those three nights we had people walk into our rooms at around 2 am. We had to adjoining rooms with one being for my husband and I and the other for my children. First there are no peepholes to see who would be at your door. We had the deadbolts on in both rooms. The first night, a guest walked into my room because they were given a key to our room. It was a mix up and while scary, I understood. When I called the front desk they did apologize for the mistake. The second night someone entered my children's room. They left when she noticed they were there. Like I said the doors were bolted so obviously they do not work. I went down to the lobby the second night after them not answering the phone. I was extremely upset that someone had gotten into my children's room and the women at the desk yelled at me to get out. The male at the desk grabbed me by the arm which was uncalled for. He escorted me upstairs and when he saw my husband was only then apologetic. The elevator has a space where you are supposed to use your key to go up but it works without a key. We had to put furniture in front of our doors after the second intrusion. If you choose to stay here I recommend you do that. There were stains on the curtains and the bathroom walls. There are many other hotels around the train station, I would recommend you choose one of those.

Horrible experience. Very dirty facility especially bathroom and even soap was absent. Horrible service, in the common area there was strong smell of marijuana. Try to avoid this "4 star" facility. Staff was rude and useless.

Not clean
The cleanliness was disappointing for example the toilet does not look as if it had been cleaned in a good year and there was a thick layer of dust on all the surfaces. Walls are very thin you can hear someone taking a shower or talking in room next to yours. The breakfast was sub par and tasted awful. Overall a disappointing stay and would avoid it again in the future.

Excellent One Night Stay
Excellent choice for an ivernight break between cities ar a fantastic price. Rhe room was clean, quiet and i had a great nights sleep followed by an hearty breakfast.

Had a great stay here. Large, comfortable, quiet room. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good with plenty of options. Walkable to most sights and close to bus/train stations for easy access if you’re on the go. Lots of dining options nearby along Kaiserstraße. The area might seem a bit unsavory to some, but I never felt unsafe walking about. I would stay here again. Good price, quality, and location for ease of getting around.

We know we will sleep well here!
We enjoy the quality of the bed and the covers. The room is so nice and quiet. It makes you feel there's no one else around. The breakfast is very good, though during covid I think there's a little less selection but it's all good quality. Keep up the good work! 👍

The man at Check-In was great and most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. For some reason the female staff in the restaurants were exceptionally rude and unhelpful. Also, the facilities are nice, but the rooms need to be cleaned and vacuumed between guests and the bedsheets need to be changed. My bedding was clearly used, it was stained and covered with a ton of dark curly hairs and they were not mine. That’s nonnegotiable. You have to wash the bedding between guests. Also, the lock on my door didn’t work and they told me to just not worry about it-which is also not acceptable. These things do need to be fixed and they are an easy fix.

Great stay!!!!
Stayed for 5 nights, small rooms but i guess thats how it is in europe....the best part is that its very clean, close to messe but not walkable but tram is available for free from front of the hotel....right next to frankfurt main hbf, very convinient if u r flying, take the train to main hbf and its right outside the station....everthing is closeby...included breakfast is great...

Good sleeping and good fod.
The proximity to the train station was a short 2 minute walk, which was very important. Breakfast was exceptional by German standards. Staff was courteous and helpful. I recommend and would return in the future.

This single room was perfect. Everything was very clean and quite new. The glass shower inside the room was very interesting. It's quite convenient since you can watch TV while taking a shower... so that was great! However, if you're thinking about saving money and stay in a double room with a co-worker, keep in mind the shower is still in the middle of the room for the double room! Breakfast buffet was pretty good, which offers a good selection of cold and hot food. Will definitely come back next yera!
