The lobby was cluttered, dingy and not welcoming. We didn't get past the lobby because they lost our reservation which I had made months before. Supposedly they lost reservations when they changed their computer system, which seems like negligence. They did nothing to remedy the situation. They claimed they had informed Expedia and that Expedia should have informed us. That did not happen.

My toilet looked like it had been clogged very recently as it was extremely dirty inside the bowl. The rest of the room was ok. When I needed to the toilet to flush, it barely did. I told the front desk and they gave me a plunger. No maintenance on site in evening. They never did try to fix it while I was there. A large number of people live here long term due to high rent,etc. They cannot smoke in rooms, so there are always people hanging out in the parking lot.

Was laying in bed and a bug crawled on me. Got up to turn on the lights there were two in bed. We left immediately in the middle of the night

I do not recommend this hotel
I booked with a pay at the hotel booking and they charged my card a day before I was to arrive. I was planning on paying a different way at the hotel. They also didn’t have someone on duty at the front desk all the time. The room key card didn’t work all the time either

Hallway smelled like urine. Room smelled really bad too! Door to room did not shut unless you slam it. No Cable TV, Internet reception was horrible. Toilet super loose on floor.

Nice stay
Comfortable temperature in room; friendly front end staff; quick service. The building could use some upgrades, though.

Mixed bag
Basic room, clean comfortable bed, so ok on that score. There was no shower curtain-I had to go to the hotel next door to get one the next morning. No-one was in the office until well after 9am so it was not convenient to check out and get my cash deposit back without waiting.

OMG
The best part was the room was mostly clean. But it run down, noisy, bath room faucet needs repaired, but you can rent for the week for $350. NOT US. As we realized to late that it was Indy 500 weekend, We can see why it was last room in the area.

Great place to stay. Staff was nice and it was clean A little cosmetic workings to happen but the owners just took over so I think it will in time

Very sketchy property. Exterior doors are all broken and do not lock. Remote did not work. Tv was very poor condition and there wer no towels or pillows in the room.

Bad!!!
I choose because they have a pool. The pool is broken. Payed extra for a king, it was unavailable, got a queen. Best thing is the staff. Very friendly and tried their best. Overall would not stay here again.

This was literally the worst hotel stay I’ve had. Our first room hadn’t been cleaned before we checked in. Not only were the sheets stained and full of hair from previous travelers, but when we pulled back the blankets on our kids’ bed we found an e-cigarette. The entire room smelled so smoky it was choking us. When we asked for a clean room, they offered us another that hadn’t been cleaned. Hair, popcorn, and blood in the sheets. Blood on the walls, dust bunnies in the corner of the bathroom, hair in the tub. We asked for clean sheets and a smoke detector (it had been removed) and they handed it all to us to install. Only 3 pillows for 4 of us, but by then we got sick of asking for service and grabbed our camping bedding from the car.

Awful
Hotel was not clean, smelled like stale cigarettes, even though it was a non smoking facility. The pool was closed, with no mention of that on the website. Beds were very uncomfortable. No one working the front desk. Did not feel safe there.

Crap hole
The sheets weren’t changed we found hairs in the bed and on all 3 pillows and one of the pillows had snot on it as well. The sink wasn’t draining properly 2 people couldn’t wash hands in a row you had to wait for it to drain first before 2nd person could wash hands there was only one set of towels so had to go down and get a second set for my husband along with a roll of toilet paper because the only roll in there was almost gone the towel rack was broken laying next to the toilet with parts on the back of the toilet along with the drain for the tub you could at least take all the parts out of the room till fixed better yet fix it and then remove the nasty drain from the room if it’s not working then an employee had a Pitt bill which lunged barking at my husband twice as we were bringing our stuff up and came real close the second time and then a third time at 2:30 in the morning when he went out to the car and he finally said something. If you’re going to allow dogs they should require a muzzle at the very least and I’m a dog lover I’ve a shepherd of my own - that dog wasn’t controlled well at all

We checked in around 3:15-3:20, went to room and rested for about 30-45 min. left to go to our friends place, returned back around 11:30-11:45, neither key worked, went to the office barely caught the girl that checked us in... they had came into the room and got our stuff and checked us out....ALL we got was "Oh I'm sorry it's my fault I didn't put your paperwork where it was supposed to go so we thought you checked out....REALLY!!!! The same girl that checked us in sent someone else to our BOOKED ROOM to SUPPOSEDLY clean it knowing we just got there and was going to a friend's 50th birthday because she asked when we checked in why we were there, I'm glad I didn't leave anything valuable...needless to say we didn't rest very well and yes I am still pissed about it....but what should I expect with it only being a 60.00 room

There was dog hair all over my bed sheets when I checked in. Dead flies smashes on the walls, boogers. I’m pretty sure there was dog poop on the floor as well. The toilet seat had dried urine on it. The sheets also had what looked like spaghetti sauce(not stains.) With the amount of dog hair all in the bed, there’s no way they changed the sheets in between guests.

Do not recommend staying here. The bathroom was pretty awful. Very outdated and not very clean. The location also didn’t feel very safe. The walls must have been very thin because we heard noises that woke us up all throughout the night. There was no coffee in the lobby or in the room. There was also no one working the service desk when we went to check out.

The room was very dusty and the floor was filthy. There was also hait in the bathtub...i had to clean it before i could take a shower. There was also a horrible skunk smell at the top of the stairs and into the 2nd floor hallway.

Uncomfortable stay
The room is very basic with no tv remote. The shower tub had a big hole in the side. The bed looked as if it came from someones home and was so uncomfortable.
