Good Morning MarkThank you for taking the time to leave your review of your recent stay with Quest Frankston. Your deposit is a security bond that sits as a pending transaction in your account and then releases within 3-7 business days by your bank. Our rooms are indeed a great size and currently being refurbished. We have done paint and carpet and just replaced all the beds in the property. We have just started to the refurbishment of the baths, which will remove the stains that have built up over the years and all shower heads and taps are being replaced. We offer One bedroom Apartments that contain a lounge area and also all come with balconies and a lot more space. I would recommend booking once of these in the future if you need more space.
