Hi Erin, Im very sorry to hear you experienced these issues when you were staying with us, it would have been great if you could have contacted me about these while you were here so we could do our best to resolve them for you.As you had booked for the same day arrival there was no other option but 1st floor, which was explained when you questioned. You did not book a spa apartment which we also explained to you. Our Pool is heated but as it is cooler weather it stays at a temp around 27 deg. This is also noted in our room compendium. In regards to the floors, they were booked to be professionally cleaned the day you checked in but as it was a last minute booking we changed that until after your departure, to ensure the apartment was ready for your as although we requested an arrival time from you we had not heard back from you. The floors were clean and no chance of catching tinea.The guest on the floor above you had no children and were out for most of the days so I'm not sure where this noise may have come from? Can I ask why you had to park outside on the last night of your stay when you had a carpark in our secure undercover park?Door chains are not legal to have on the front door due to fire and safety regulations and our building does have guest only fob access for the lifts, so unless you are a guest or resident you are not able to access any floor. If you had of let me know that you felt the bed was too hard we could have given you a mattress topper as some guests like a harder bed, some like a softer option.We don't have a restaurant onsite to give you a breakfast but would have been happy to offer you a bottle of wine of similar if you had of let us know about these issues.Please feel free to contact me to discuss further, as it was disappointing to receive this review when on checkout I asked how your stay was and nothing was mentioned. We do our very best to ensure our guests are happy so we would have been able to rectify most of these issues for you. Thank you again for your feedback. Kind Regards, Kim

Hi Rhonda, thank you for taking the time to send in a review, but sorry to hear that you didn't feel it was beachy enough for you but wonderful that you enjoyed the cleanliness. We do ask the guests don't have the air con turned down past 22 deg as this will cause some freezing issues with subsequent problems with water overflow in the ensuite ceiling.
