Nice place, a little dated but everything was maintained well and working. You have to type slowly on the keypad to get in. Comfortable beds, good heat, plenty of hot water, it was all good. The ridge club was nice for hot tubs after skiing. The purple line bus has a stop right in the parking lot in front of the unit making it easy to get to the ski resort and back without parking hassles. Get the lift rider app to see the schedule and live bus locations.

I was pleased with my stay. However, I was extremely displeased with the lukewarm temperature of the “hot” water. After a long day of skiing I wanted a hot shower and was t able to do so.

This was not the Condo we rented through Travelocity. We were rebooked to this unit because Travelocity overbooked the original Condo. Extremely disappointed with Travelocity. The rebooked Condo was not comparable to what we initially booked.

Very nice area and close to Winter Park. Offers free shuttle from your front door to the resort. A little dated but clean and perfect for our needs.

Check in time is ridiculous (5 pm) that's a joke! Furniture is dirty and absolutely nothing in the cubards to help you out if you forgot something. I would not recommend this place. we stayed at a different unit in this same complex about a month earlier and it was wonderful.

The place was nice. Condo decorating was a little dated, but everything was clean and comfortable and in good condition. The wood fireplace was great to use after a cold day on the slopes.

It was nice to go to the clubhouse and relax in the hot tub. I liked the reservation system to make sure it wasn’t overcrowded.

Great stay but...
There were no instructions for contacting the club house and was difficult to find out how to get in touch with them. The location was great but had to make multiple calls to after hours to get information: club house contact, internet access, etc. Also, selections for tv use were slim to none...thank goodness for the DVD we ended up buy movies because there the access to tv networks were unavailable.

Family wedding
It is unfortunate, the problem started before we even walked in the door. We couldn't find it - not with reasonable effort. The address - both of the buildings and the particular units - are not clearly labeled. We wandered the property for :15 minutes. Once inside, our disappointment mounted. The pictures that promote these units are seriously dated (+10 years?). The units themselves are in very rough shape - good perhaps for a group of frat brothers on a ski weekend. Maybe it's just me, but I can't stand Fabreze carpet freshener. To me, it's just an identifier for dirty carpet, bathed in scented powder. Our front door, after obviously having been kicked in, had been unprofessionally repaired with screws through the trim. The sheets and pillow fabric was 'pilled.' The counter tops were chipped, and the dining table was seriously stained. OK, so that's the bad. The good? The beds were surprisingly comfortable (we especially liked the down comforter. The shower heads were about the nicest we had ever enjoyed. So far as we checked - tv, frig, microwave, hair-dryers, dvd, etc, etc, etc - worked just fine. It's not the worst place in which we've stayed. And it was only for two nights. But the photos in the promotional material (website) need to be updated to more accurately and fairly represent this property.

Our stay
It was our anniversary so we just wanted to get away in the mountains and having a condo was an added bonus. It was close to Winter Park and Frazier in itself is a very nice little town. It was also close to Rocky Mountain National Park. So we had plenty of things we could do. The condo area was very quiet--actually we had no one around us in adjoining condos. It was just very relaxing.

It's not a hotel. It's a condo.
This is an 80's condo complex in a nice area. The check in is about 2 miles away in a shopping plaza. You have to find the reality company and they will provide you with an access code. I checked later to see if there are instructions prior to arriving to make that clear but couldn't find any. So that part was a bit of a pain. That said the setting is nice and there is a pool and tennis court. The condo itself is a standard (older style) set up with your basic coverage. Nothing special.

Nice condo in the mountains
This is a nice condo in the mountains. Beautiful views, convenient to a Safeway store. My only complaint was we were given a 2nd floor unit with steep stairs. My wife uses a cane and it was difficult for her to get up and down. Since we were only there one night, it was okay. It would have been nice to have a chair in the bedroom. Otherwise it was well furnished.

check in wasn't as seamless didn't receive code for door and to chase it down with a phone # - didn't like the late check in or inability to have an early check in. check out was too early as well but place was used as home base for skiing which was good

Great condo but bad customer service
Great value for a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo! We loved the accommodation but tried to extend our stay and got passed around and called almost ten times. Got incorrect info there was no availability and then morning we were checking out they called to say we could stay but we had already made other arrangements by then.

Lots of room for a family of 5. Close to town, restaurants, and grocery stores. TV was not high resolution but it didn't really matter as we were there to ski and could use WiFi to watch shows if needed.

Excellent weekend getaway
The condo was excellent. There was plenty of space for 6 people, including all of the kitchen dishes. The check-in and check-out process was painless. The beds were comfortable enough. Overall you could not ask for anything more.

Old Property, not clean
The room was not available until the stated check in time of 4:00 p.m. The access code did not work, after calling the toll free number twice they reset it. Open entering, the room had not been cleaned. Third call to the management company resulted in a promise that the local manager would be there in 5-10 minutes. 20 minutes later, called again to be told the local manager would be there soon, with another Unit to be provided. 10 minutes later, housekeeping showed up with several people, promising a clean room in 30 minutes. Calls to the management company only got voice mail, and the option to leave a message took one to dead air, and then disconnected. Room was finally cleaned, it was 5:30 on Saturday night, so we stayed. Management NEVER came by, called or emailed during our 2 night stay. Would not recommend.

Relaxing mountain retreat
My family and I had a lovely experience. Checking in and checking out was extremely easy and the condition of the condominium was to our liking. There was plenty of room for the five adults in our party and it was nice having two restrooms and two bedrooms. We spent one day at the pool relaxing and the other day fishing but just hanging out in the condo was equally restful. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

Amazing and comfortable stay!
The room was dated but very very nice and BIG! We enjoyed our stay and the room had everything we needed plus a little extra! The fireplace in the room was just perfect for our ski vacation to cuddle up next to after a long day out on the slopes... We will definitely stay here again !!!

Horrible Hotel, Do Not STAY HERE -- EVER
This is a HORRIBLE hotel. I arrived at the hotel just after midnight and was UNABLE to check in. - There is NO front desk. - The hotel's phone system was broken and was unable to connect me to a live "after hours" person - Hotels.com was unable to contact the hotel - I had to go and find another place to stay - Hotels.com will not refund me for my reservation even though the hotel provided me with no way to actually check in.
