We had a good stay on our cross country trip. Check in was quick, room was clean and quiet, and breakfast was nice. A great stay and location.

Staff was so nice. The hotel was clean. Out towels were replaced every morning. The beds were very nice and comfortable.

Had to ask for toilet paper, cups, and for the tub to be clean when I came into the room. The floor around the toilet needed to be cleaned.The bed covers were jumbled on different parts of the bed after it was made up.

Super 8 in Kerrville TX
It was dark, carpet was frayed and filthy, few electrical receptacles and those there were too loose to hold a plug-in, so dark in bathroom my husband couldn’t see to shave and I applied my makeup in the car, direct tv worked 1/10th of the time. Place badly in need of a face lift. Never staying there again.

Super 8 Kerrville
Friendly helpful staff, but the carpet is frayed and filthy. My socks showed that to be true. Place needs some work. Lighting is low, and electrical plugs loose. Beds hard. Probably doable for one night but we stay several when we visit Kerrville. Will not stay here again when we visit family.

The lady at the front desk was very friendly. For the price of the room I am pleased with the room. We were there to sleep for a few hours and were able to do that.

Walls were so thin that we could hear a kid screaming in the next room. Bugs got easily into the room and bugged us as we sleep. Air conditioner was not easily to use. People in front office were nice. Cigarette stands all around. Breakfast good with texas shaped waffles, with muffins and yogurt. Two small pancakes. Tv hard to use.

A little disappointed with the check-in process. The room was reserved/paid for family visiting for the holiday. When they tried to check-in, their room did not have the pull-out sofa for their son. When they brought it to the attention of the clerk at front desk, he kept telling them they would have to pay extra fee for an "upgrade". I had to call them and refer to the confirmation/itinerary I had received from Expedia. Eventually, the clerk apologized and my family was able to move to the room with the appropriate accommodations for their son.

The property grounds could be a little cleaner. The walls and light switches were not clean. Rooms just looked old and dated.

Ecoconomical, clean stay.
Solid, clean, economical over night stay. Friendly staff and easy check in. pretty good breakfast with excellent coffee.

Room was clean, the grounds were clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Air conditioning was not working very well, the mattress needs to be replaced, and residual light from appliances was a bit too much.
