Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I do apologize for the how horrible your experience was during your stay this time. The pool was down due to a sensor going bad on the heater. I do have the part ordered and as soon as it gets here, we will have it back up and running. Unfortunately, I have no idea if there is an issue with the room unless housekeeping finds it or a guest lets me know, I will have those issue looked at by maintenance. I am well aware of the issues with the Wi-Fi. Starting sometime this week or next I have DirecTV being installed. I am hoping this will solve a lot of our issues. My front desk staff was having to handle everything that morning, which is normally not the case when we are that busy, which we were not expecting to be however, none of these excuses do anything to help with how your stay went. So, for your next stay I would like it to be on me. Call or stop by so that I can take care of this for you.

However, if you call when booking and ask that you be placed on the 1st floor, we try our best to accommodate you during your stay. Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do about the elevator situation, we all wish there was one, but everything else is fixable. If you need a higher toilet then as a suggestion the next time you book a room, ask for a handicap room. The toilets in those rooms are raised. In the future, if you decide to stay with us again, if you have any issues whatsoever, please do not hesitate to call the front desk so we can fix any issues you are having immediately. I do apologize for our breakfast. We were having issues getting the waffle items shipped but that has since been resolved. I am however, still working with my team on making it a better and more enjoyable experience during breakfast and the items on the breakfast tasting better. Unfortunately, we are limited to what we are allowed to do and serve. I hope that any future stays with us will be a much better experience.

Not having an elevator is hard for anyone with any type of health issues when stairs are concerned but unfortunately, Indiana does not require a hotel with only 2 floors to have an elevator. I realize also that you stayed over the weekend and we do not do room service on the weekends unless requested. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you during your stay. We never want to rush any of our guest to leave. The only reason there is a time for a guest to check out is, so housekeeping has time to clean and change out the room for the next guest to arrive.
