The only thing I didn’t like as a mother with kids was no elevator and going up stairs other then that stay was great.

Stay here for work. Great price for what you get. Not super fancy but reliable. Stay for work or team sport but not vacation. Good restaurant on site. Spanish food.

We stayed for 1 night and the room was ok. It’s definitely outdated and everything seems old. The bed was clean and the room is quite spacious. The TV is pretty small. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you want something a little nicer but if you just want a cheap place to stay 1 night, we had no issues. There is free breakfast from 6-9am but we didn’t make it there.

Nice hotel, as advertised. Nice pool area. Complementary breakfast included eggs, sausage and potatoes as well as oatmeal, cereal, fruit and pastries. It was good. The only thing I noticed is that our fridge in our room didn’t work, which wasn’t important enough to report for a one night stay. It would have been handy to chill our water. I would stay again.

The room was very large and the beds were good. Everything else needs a little updating. Old, early flat screen that is slow to find channels. Everything is "oatmeal on oatmeal" meaning the walls match the ceiling. It's a comfortable place in need of upgrading. The breakfast buffet in the morning was quite good.

Outside doors opened easily about half way and then became very hard to open. Room entry door did not always unlock with the initial swipe but sometimes required several attempts before unlocking. No elevators for second floor should be mentioned in advertisement.

Very unique property, rooms laid out in single and two stories. Dated decor in the guest rooms. Restaurant on the property, Mochuelo, was really good, but only open for dinner. Also the bar was fabulous!

I had to be in Fresno for my mom who was on hospice. I had many changes during my 9 day stay & Stephanie was an angel! She helped me coordinate extended stays, getting paperwork sent so that my room could be paid for by my sister in another state. Everyone there was so accomodating and during such a difficult time they treated me with such respect and kindness.

Property has beautiful grounds.. everything is absolutely wonderful with all the plants and trees. Only thing I didn't like was that the hallway had an echo.. other than that I really enjoyed my time there

The beds were too soft, there was no microwave available after we were told at booking that they had an available microwave to use. The toilet was too low. There was no no bar around the toilet like was shown in the pics at time of booking. It was noisy, sounded like girls having a party in the hallway around 1:00 am keepin us awake. The tv stations did not work on our 1st night stay. Kept getting no signal notice or the picture would freeze and you couldn't tell what was going on any show we tried to watch.

I was charged a $100 cleaning/damage deposit at check-in and told it would be refunded 8-10 business days if there was no damage to the room? Once in the room, I found hair in the bathtub, and trash still in trash cans and a cockroach the flippen size of Texas scurried out from behind the toilet up the wall and hid behind a decorative mirror hung above the toilet. I slept with the light on in the bathroom in hopes of keeping the cockroach at bay. The next morning while getting ready for a wedding I was going to attend, the cockroach made it's appearance, this time I was able to kill it with a shoe. I took pictures and complained. I basically got a eyeroll, shoulder shrug and gee I'm sorry. Don't stay at this Boutique Hotel...

Although the Piccadilly is an older hotel, the rooms and grounds are very well kept and extremely clean. The room we stayed in was huge compared to most we’ve stayed at. We ended up having to check in much later than we anticipated and we were exhausted when we arrived. The young man working the front desk, Daniel, was fantastic. He was helpful and friendly. He even offered without any prompting to put us in a ground floor room although the reservation had us on the second floor. My wife and I both have some mobility issues, and especially with how tired we were, this was really appreciated since they don’t have elevators.

Generally it was good, friendly staff, clean, regular hotel breakfast. It was somewhat noisey though (loud music from the restaurant and loud slamming doors on the hallway). The beds coud be better, matreeses are uncomfortable.

Great value in Fresno. The property is a little dated, mid-1970s vintage, so the rooms are bit short of counter space (which is also very low height wise) and plugs for recharging. Other than that, charming and comfortable, convenient, water was hot, staff were all super nice. Coupon for the breakfast, great buffet.

I really like the friendly environment the front desk provides. Cynthia welcomed me with a warm tone and friendly smile which I appreciated it makes you more comfortable as your staying their knowing the staffs keep a positive attitude. There’s nothing I would change I always use hotel Piccadilly when I stay in Fresno because it’s my favorite.

I have been coming to this hotel regularly for over a year but had a terrible check-in experience. I use Expedia to make reservations and always prepay for my reservations using a bank debit card, the same debit card I use to purchase everything on line and the same devit card I use to make reservations at other hotels, but this hotel refused to accept it for the temporary deposit and was willing to put me back on the street without my room unless I paid the deposit by some other means. Outrageous for a company in the "hospitality" industry.

Our room was very QUIET, clean and sanitary. It had the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in for a hotel and a nice choice of different pillows. With the included hot breakfast, the price for our stay was very reasonable! The only suggestion I have would be for some towel bars to hang up our towels to be used again the next day and a hook for hanging a robe. We will definitely stay here again when visiting our relatives.

Was told at check in that breakfast ended at 10 am. I responded perfect we will sleep in and come have coffee at 9. Next morning at 9:15 were told breakfast amends at 9. Incorrect Info. Rooms are psicosis, outdated and with wear, however nice overall. The grounds are beautiful.
