nice place, well priced, single traveller, so room was good, maybe not suitable for a couple, but they have many different rooms, onsite laundry is good, parking is easy, my room close to the main road, but noise not an issue, would recommend.

Bus stop right outside the main entrance & when heading into the city the stop is only a 2 min walk on the opposite side, so very easy getting to & from hotel. Property is on a very busy main road, so can be noisy.

Water dripped from ceiling
Terrible. Water dripped from ceiling above dinning / setting area after heavy rain at 7pm. Needed to place a buckle to hold the water. No response from hote till 11:00am next morning. Response from hotel: "no problem. if worry, change room." In the changed room, the lock in the bed room was broken with the handle come off. Called Hotels.com, from online chat "System did not allow called you back on you registered mobile phone,sorry". No response from Hotels.com!!!!

Professional Complainer who made it difficult for us to rectify. We thought the best course of action was to move you to another room, however you initially refused to leave. Exaggerated issues that were easily fixed in a timely manner.

If your on a budget - this is a winner.
Suited me well - mostly on price. My room was close to the busy road and i was not bothered by the traffic noise - though i do live regularly on a busy road. Late checkin arrangements worked well and owner was very friendly. Very clean room with plenty of hot water and comfy bedding. Location is probably best if you have a car, though i did see busses running into city - probably 10mins max away. All major food takeaways within 5 mins walk as is a terrific supermarket. Certainly recommend if you are ok with the above and note if booking on Agoda or Hotels.com you can only see this motel if you are staying 5 or more nights.

Although we were in a budget room there were a couple of things that need repaired. The wardrobe door would not slide and the handle was broken and the hooks behind the bathroom door need to be replaced as there was only one towel rack to place towel. Otherwise everything was fine and we enjoyed our stay.

We booked for 4 adults and a child (05). There were 06-bed places and hotel charged for an extra bed. This resulted in paying extra and confined space.

Extra charges relate to extra persons, not beds. Its important that you put the correct number of people staying for every booking.

budget close to CBD
Well located budget motel very close to city, transport and supermarkets. Unit was quiet and off st parking available. We arrived after the reception had closed but instructions for after hours access were easy. The Family suite apartments are 1bedroom containing a Queen bed with 2 single beds in the lounge kitchen area. Onsuite has to be accessed through the bedroom. Overall good for the price and location.

Great stay!
Beautiful and comfortable place to stay at! Kangaroos, emus and rabbits running around and cockatoos just outside. Clean enough and very accommodating. The only thing I didn’t quite like was that the girl on the reception wasn’t as friendly and welcoming in her approach.

Very affordable for a group. Convenient location, close to great Restaurants. Has all the basics that you need. Some traffic noise because we were in the first unit however we were given earplugs which blocked out all noise.

There is a little bit of traffic noise but it really has very little impact when trying to sleep. The rooms have all the bare necessities if you’re looking for basic accommodation for a very good price.

Really convenient location
The motel is right by a bus to the city, and in a lovely area for after dinner walks. Three supermarkets are very close, and several choices for evening dining. The host was very obliging and friendly. The only downside was that the room was a bit dingy and dark, and crowded, but equally, it was a very reasonable price!

Booked the family room and location is good with a functional kitchenette. Somehow felt carpeting was dusty and kitchenette laminates flooring with sticky feeling to step on when we arrived. Overall experience was okay.

Great family value!
Great family accommodations a good price. Plenty of room, good facilities. will definitely add to our "would stay here again" list . Could have done with spare pillows and basic toiletries. Interesting that we did not see any staff the whole time we were there - haven't encountered that before.

Very comfortable
First impression was great, the room had a nice clean appearance and a pleasant smell. Bed was very comfy and although we took our own pillows, the pillows provided were comfortable too. My only problem was I was late booking a room and had stairs to go up, with hubby's crook knee it would have been better to have been in a ground floor. Didn't see staff, clean towels were left in our room for second night stay.

They said from internet that there is a free WiFi and free cancellation, but they are lying. The fact is no free WiFi and you can not cancellation after booking. You should tell the true from the internet.

Staff were not present on arrival or departure. Room was closet size. Clothes hanger was a rack which had the pillows and blankets balanced on the bottom framework therefore nowhere to hang clothes. Iron & kettle on floor in basket. Suitcase stand was folded in bathroom but nowhere to put it up if we wanted to use it. Very noisy front room and window glazing was not sound proof glass. I have travelled in many disadvantaged countries and have never had such poor accommodation. Absolutely disgusted

We do have spacious one bedroom apartments with fully self contained kitchens for a small increase in price. We are family friendly affordable accommodation, not a five star resort. Great motel close to buses and shops
Had 5 sleepful nights, beds comfortable aircon worked well. Facilities were great with plenty of room. Only issues were shower dripped continually and O ring missing from vanity plug causing water to drain quickly.

Clean and close to city.
The hotel was easy to locate, right on Glen Osmond road as we come in from Melbourne. The hotel was near to shops so it was easy to grab anything we forgot to bring.
