Our hotel was built in 1962 and renovated on 1996. Of course, it's an old hotel and the furniture is from this age. Our photos are representative of the rooms. Driven by the latest luxury travel trends and the commitment to serve the experiential needs of the international traveler, Mitsis Hotels has been redesigning a number of its venues. Every season, our hotels and resorts are being refurbished to make sure they are offering upgraded services and surpass our guests’ expectations. The hotel is located in an area with lots of green. We want people to feel the pleasure and comfort of being treated and welcomed with a spirit of warmth and generosity. We aspire to create relational bonds in our hotels in order to foster a feeling of belonging and make our guests welcome the caring spirit. We do hope though, that you might reconsider your review because we find it a bit unfair since in most cases, we were completely unaware of your problems, and the fact that you never gave us any chance to assist you further. However, let us point out that our hotel has been multiple times awarded for its premium service, excellent facilities, and the overall experience offered to each and every one of our guests.
