Hello Isabelle, thanks for your review, remember that to be honest is usually better than lie! What you wrote is totally incorrect and impolite, I'm trying to explain you the situation for the last time, then the problem will be only your. You called me at 21:00, it means 30' after the reception closing time, that's the reason because nobody was waiting for your you. Employees are to be paid and you don't have any right more than anybody else! I was not drunk, just in an hospital, waiting for a brain surgery programmed for the next morning to remove a cancer I was having. My life was in a risk, anyway I did my best and resolved your situation. My pension is only a cheap accommodation, if you need more services, you should spend a little more (if you can obviously). I'm glad you liked the pension of my neighbors, it's a cosy place, so next time you will visit our little village, you already know where to book! Have a nice and relaxed life!

Hi Sarah, many thanks for your opinion, I'm very glad knowing you had a good and relaxing time here and you liked the pension. I just have a silly question: I'm used to travel and I must say, usually matress are horrible, even in places with more stars than mine. All my matress are pretty new, made in high density foam and ortopedic. I'm a professional since many years and I know how important is the matress in a hotel room. Probably the matress you have at home is better, but before to criticize mine, perhaps you should travel a bit more! Best regards. Marco

Buongiorno Nadine, essendo italiana le rispondo nella sua stessa lingua che, malgrado viva in Francia, capisce e parla correttamente. Grazie per la Sua recensione, vedo che la vita in Francia le ha fatto assumere un costume molto diffuso presso i nostri cugini d'oltralpe, cioe' che per poco che si spenda, pretendere molto e' comunque legittimo. Purtroppo non e' cosi', cara Nadine, questa e' una pensione con una sola stella e i servizi offerti corrispondono al livello dell'alloggio. Se si vuole di piu' si deve spendere di piu'. In ogni caso, qui in inverno fa freddo e si consideri molto fortunata, perche' durante il suo soggiorno le temperature sono sempre state molto superiori alla media. Il riscaldamento fa quello che puo', in ogni caso, se me lo avesse chiesto, avrei potuto cambiare il programma per aumentare la temperatura e pensi che fino a due anni fa qui non c'era nessun riscaldamento, cosi' avrebbe dovuto sopportare il freddo che comunque, dicono, aiuta a mantenersi giovani! Il boiler da 15 litri e' perfettamente sufficiente per una doccia, per attivita' extra igieniche sotto la doccia puo' effettivamente essere insufficiente... ma quello non e' un problema nostro! In Francia i servizi sono migliori e ci sono bei posti dove passeggiare, quindi non vedo il motivo di venire in un angolo tanto remoto e sottosviluppato del pianeta! Cordialmente. ¿Jose Luis, que te pasa? ¿Porque escribes todo en mayusculas, no sabes que es de mala costumbre? ¿Donde has aprendido a escribir asi, sin espacios, sin puntuacion, sin respeto ninguno de la gramática? Que tuvieras problemas psicologicos lo entendi nada mas ver tu patético peinado, pero hombre, no me imaginaba pudieran ser tan graves! No voy a contestar a nada de tus mentiras y delirios ya que no merece la pena en absoluto, pero hombre, tu salud mental me preocupa en serio, tu necesitas un psicologo muy bueno y tal vez un psiquiatra que pueda recetarte muchos medicamentos!

Carissimo, grazie per la tua recensione. Permettici qualche osservazione circa la tua recensione: nessun locale era in pieno rifacimento, neppure in rifacimento parziale, sempre che tu conosca il significato dei termini "locale" e "rifacimento". Ciò che era in rifacimento era l'intero impianto elettrico e questo perché sia in regola con le vigenti normative europee. A questo inconveniente, di cui ci scusiamo, è dovuto il fatto che non tutti gli interruttori funzionassero. Per quanto riguarda a chi chiedere in caso di problemi, sulla tua copia della prenotazione c'è un numero di telefono, il mio, che è anche scritto su un foglio formato A4 e posizionato in buona vista sulla finestra della reception. A quel numero rispondo in qualsiasi orario e, nei limiti delle mie possibilità, risolvo i problemi, tranne quelli psicologici, ovviamente, per quelli serve un professionista. Per chi resta più notti la pensione resta sempre una pensione, i servizi in camera li offrono gli hotel di categoria superiore e sono SEMPRE compresi nel prezzo.

Hola Rosa, muchas gracias por tu comentario, como habras visto, los televisores estan nuevitos, lamentablemente tras cambiarlos nos hemos dado cuenta de que la siñal de la antena no llega con suficiente fuerza, asi que ya tenemos planeado el cambio de la centralita de la antena. Lo de poner persianas, ya te digo, no es una solucion viable, a lo mejor podriamos obviar con unos estores. De todas maneras, gracias por tu sugerencia. Saludos cordiales. Pension Central
