Ciekawy hotel w rozsądnej cenie. Urozmaicone obiady i kolacje, pokoje czyste i zadbane. W ciągu dnia prowadzone aktywności dla dzieci a wieczorem również dla dorosłych, blisko do centrum, do plaży kawałek ale zawsze się można ruszyć z hotelu.

Recomendable.
Realmente las fotos son malas en comparación a lo que es el hotel. Es mejor en persona que en fotografías. Comida correcta sin pretensiones pero correcta, personal súper amable (absolutamente todos), limpieza top en general de todo (punto muy destacable). Quizá mejoraría algo el mantenimiento de las instalaciones y realizaría reformas para modernizar las instalaciones. Solo no nos gusto que si se marca la hora del bar piscina a las 10:00 se debe abrir a esa hora y no 45 minutos después todos los días… Hotel recomendable para todo tipo de públicos. Parking gratuito y servicio de préstamo de toallas para piscina.

We had very nice stay in Aloe Club. Staff really friendly and helpful. Very spacious and quiet apartment we really liked. Food choices were also good. Only issue was that the WiFi was not so good but fortunately we had plenty mobile data so could manage it though still suggest to improve

Excellent food, ripe fruit and veg, and prettt much everything had a decent taste. Choice was limited but plentiful and for the excellent value, it was by far the biggest surprise. Excellent value to stay in January. Decor is old and in need of improvement. Multiple broken and cracked items. And uncomfortable mattresses. Parking is free on hotel grounds but very poorly designed. You can end up not being able to leave.

Overall, a good stay, within walking distance to the town centre and beach (approximately 20-30 minutes). From the front gate you have a nice view of the volcano (right) and dunes (left) Generally, the hotel staff were always friendly and helpful (excellent). However, we did find the gentleman on duty Sunday 08/01 wasn't as friendly or helpful, a little passive aggressive. The green section of the hotel and pools tends to be slower paced. The hotel is generally fairly quiet after dinner which was nice. Good. Close..ish to town Close..ish to the beach 7 Pools ( but they are shallow ) Fair selection for breakfast, lunch and dinner, sadly only small changes between days, would have liked to see more Spanish dishes served. Drinks alway available. Spa / massages. Variety of Music played during the day Entertainment for children ( pool table, game, soccer Small gym (limited equipment) Parking ( a layout is quite challenging) Bad Sound proofing in rooms is not great, you can hear some traffic , tvs and audio (people talking) and furniture being moved about. Guests are not cut off when they've had too much to drink (mostly British guest) Too many people booking pool chairs even though there are rules (mostly British and German guests). Suggestions Serve more local food, when is Spain... The team are always busy, cleaning, clearing plates, serving drinks.. give them a tip jar so guest can show their appreciation. Enforce the pool chair rule, we saw a number of guests put towel

Green algae in pool, was slimy and slippy. Very old and run down, nothing works! Sun beds are all broken, shop on site but only opened now and then. Spa shut.

Siamo stati a fine marzo/inizio aprile 2022. La struttura era ciò che ci aspettavamo: posizione vicina alle dune di Corralejo e a 20 min a piedi circa dal centro. Struttura non nuova ma camere pulite, spaziose e con un bel balcone affacciato sulle piscine. La cucina è internazionale, più buona rispetto ad altre strutture della stessa fascia, con piatti locali, pesce, verdure, pasta, carne, dolci e vasta scelta per colazione. Se possiamo dare un consiglio: rinnovare le biciclette a disposizione, visto che sono una soluzione utile per spostarsi verso il centro con le piste ciclabili.

Si trova proprio adiacente alla via centrale di Corralejo. Ottima per fare una passeggiata e vedere tutti i negozi oppure bere o mangiare qualcosa nei vari ristoranti. Ha tutto ciò di cui c’è bisogno in una vacanza. Purtroppo non era possibile utilizzare il parco giochi per i bambini per via delle restrizioni covid-19 ma facevano comunque animazione e intrattenimento per grandi e piccini. Lo consiglio vivamente. È molto vicino alle dune di Corralejo e alle grandi spiagge. Le stanze sono grandi. Il personale è molto disponibile. Unico neo la presenza di cucarace (scarafaggi), ma penso che quella sia una cosa tipica di fuerteventura.

Vacanza nel complesso da tre stelle.
Devo dire che la vacanza nel complesso non è andata male, prezzo in linea. La pulizia dell'ambiente era ben fatta. La location è molto buona e vantaggiosa vista la vicinanza alle spiagge delle Dune. Receptionist molto cordiali e gentili, personale addetto alle pulizie molto garbato ed educato, camerieri addetti al servizio bar della piscina molto gentili. I problemi nascono purtroppo in sala da pranzo alla quale dal momento in cui si accede all'apertura della stessa le pietanze sono discretamente curate, la pulizia è buona, i tavoli apparecchiati e le posate di ricambio sono presenti. Quando si sceglie un orario più posticipato dall'apertura il grado di pulizia inizia a calare dal momento in cui per terra resta lo sporco che cade dai piatti senza che nessuno se ne curi ed intorno ai vassoi o alle vaschette di gelato raramente ci si cura di tenere pulito, inoltre la ricerca di posate (in cui negli ultimi giorni della nostra vacanza ci siamo trovati ad utilizzare cucchiaini di plastica) spesso diventa un'attesa lunga, le pietanze capita di trovarle fredde (soprattutto carne e pesce alla griglia) ed il servizio rasenta la nullità: più volte con la mia fidanzata ci siamo guardati attorno in sala da pranzo per non trovare un (e dico uno) cameriere presente. I tavoli raramente sono riassettati come all'inizio (il primo giorno mi è stato fatto capire da un cameriere che mi sarei dovuto apparecchiare da solo il mio tavolo con posate e tovaglioli). Cucina ahimè troppo internazionale.

In a good position away from the hubbub of the town but walking distance to the bars and shops. The decor is a bit tired but nice and clean. Wifi reception away from the reception area was not good and sometimes non existant, but all the bars and restaurants downtown have good reception - even the beach bars. The food was excellent for all inclusive and very plentiful. lots of different dishes and fresh fruit and salad every day. There was a very good selection of alcholic drinks including cocktails. Very helpful and friendly staff who speak English. Taxis to the main restaurant area downtown were only 3 euro 50, if you wanted a change. Young kids had lots to do apart from the pools with volleyball, football, and a younger play area outside. Inside there was a couple of pool tables, two computers for playing games on - not free, and a kids disco from 2030 to 2130. There is very little to see on the room tv's - only 6 English speaking channels and 4 of those are news. Overall what you pay this is very good value for money but do not expect Hilton or Sheraton standards. Its a well established comfortable family resort hotel that has everything included in the price.

Good value with excellent staff.
This fully inclusive hotel had excellent staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them eg arranging transfers back to the airport. The complex was just the right size and not too big so there weren't any queues for food or drinks. There was entertainment each day and the staff were very enthusiastic and fun. The apartment we had was poolside and large for two of us. The beds were comfortable and the TV showed British channels. No bath, just a shower in our room. It was a 10/15 minute walk to the main shopping area of Corralejo.

Noi avevamo la stanza n. 316 Premium (quindi si presuppone ti offra qualche servizio in più), invece ti offrono solamente 2 cene al ristorante italiano che non ne vale la pena e degli alcolici (baileys, whisky, rum,ecc.). Il cibo al ristorante a buffet la traviata è ripetitivo e insapore, ma questo cmq un pò ce l'aspettavamo. La camera quando pioveva si allagava nel soggiorno, la terrazza è impraticabile con la pioggia in quanto manca una tettoia. 2 piscine erano chiuse in manutenzione (senza avvisare su internet dell'inconveniente). Giovedì all'1:00 0è mancata la corrente e l'acqua (calda e fredda così non si poteva neanche usare il wc). La mattina, verso le 07:00 sono andato alla Reception a chiedere informazioni sull'accaduto, mi è stato risposto: "It's an outside problem, not dipends to us, we don't don't when the problem will be fixed". Torno su, e visto che avevamo in programma di visitare l'Oasis Park, abbiamo detto, andiamo quando torneremo sarà tutto risolto. Tornati a sera tardi (verso le 21:15 perchè a mangiare lì dentro dopo ben poco ti stufi, essendo sempre troppo ripetitivo), l'energia elettrica c'era, l'acqua fredda anche ma l'acqua calda... nisba. Torno giù e un'altra signora alla reception mi dà un'altra versione dell'accaduto "we have changed all systems with a new one, please wait about 30 mins and hot water will be come" Fino alla nostra partenza (29/10) l'acqua "calda" era tiepida/fredda/lievemente calda. Wifi ridicolo! Non lo consiglio vivamente!

No frills budget hotel
Basically the Aloe is a Butlins / Haven style holiday camp. A 2 to 3 star hotel at best with very basic entertainment. There are quite a few pools that are clean and are constantly guarded by lifeguards so safe for kids. There is outdoor football and volleyball within fenced areas as well as a covered in area for younger kids which offer safe playing for children. The beds were the talking point for guests and the best way to describe them is terrible. The springs are rather uncomfortable to lie on and they badly need to replace the mattresses. The food was 7/10 and it varied each day but we tended to visit the town centre that was about a 20 mins walk, although there is a shopping centre and supermarket 10 mins walk from the hotel. The town is really nice and has lots of good shops, nice restaurants and the old town in particular has some lovely bars near to the harbour. There are some small beaches scattered up and down the coastline and they are all kept very clean. If it’s a cheap, no frills, all inclusive holiday that you’re after go ahead but you won’t get much sleep on these beds!

Hela upplevelsen var ok. Hotellets skick var inte på topp, men den trevliga personalen och poolområdet vägde upp det hela. Maten var god och det fanns alltid något som passade alla. Det sämsta med hotellet var sängarna. Väldigt hårda och obekväma.

Friendly staff, room where cleaned every day with fresh towels. We went all inclusive the food was okay but a bit repetitive. Also with all inclusive snacks were included but we thought snacks would have meant crisps ice pop for the kids, but this wasn’t so. What they meant by snacks was food that was left over from the lunch menu. Over all it was a pleasant stay.

Betaalbaar hotel vlakbij het strand
Ruim appartement, beetje verouderd, erg goed restaurant, wel wat herrie aan de achterkant in de ochtend (bevoorrading).

Villaggio ben strutturato e silenzioso. Equidistante dal centro e dalla Grandes Playas.. Le camere sono dei bilocali con terrazzino, in grado di offrire un buon livello di comfort. Il personale è molto disponibile e cortese. A volte un po' ' scarsa la tipologia di cibo offerto, e ripetitivo, buona la colazione. Complessivamente è consigliabile, e assolutamente fruibile. Adatto a coppie e a famiglie con bambini.

Wonderful week will definitely return . Evening entertainment needs to improve. Bingo twice in one week is not adequate.
