Buen hotel para pasar unas vacaciones tranquilas
El hotel esta muy bien, a pie de playa en un pueblo muy tranquilo, comida correcta, los postres de todas las comidas muy muy pobres, pero en general ha sido una estancia muy agradable. lo mejor todo su personal. si he de poner alguna pega, las plazas de hamacas de las piscinas, muy pocas, aunque el personal quitaba las toallas cuando alguien se ausentaba mas de 1 hora(lo veo perfecto) costaba encontrar sitio.

De chouettes vacances
Nous avons passé un séjour de 12 nuits sur place très agréable. L’organisation générale de l’hôtel est satisfaisante ainsi que la propreté qui est au rdv ^^. Les 2 piscines sont propres et entourées de transats du monde certe on peut poser sa serviette le matin mais il faut s’y assoir avant 10h afin de respecter les autres et de ne pas bloquer les places (les serviettes étants pliées et mise de côté à 10h00). La chambre (vue sur mer) est spacieuse et propre le ménage fait tout les jours sans soucis et les draps changés tout les 3 jours. Les cocktails de manière générale se boivent mais ça manque cruellement d’alcool( nous n’avons pas senti grand chose) reportez vous sur la sangria ... un effort est à faire sur ce point. Le buffet on y trouve toujours quelque chose à manger, le personnel très agréable et efficace, petit bémol sur les desserts ou on pourrait améliorer la chose (trop industriels manquent de goût !) au petit déjeuner on trouve encore de tout et de quoi satisfaire les envies du jus d’orange fraîchement pressé serait le point à améliorer et apporterais un vrai plaisir. Il faut entre 45 minutes et 1h pour rejoindre le petit village calme de Tarajalejo au bord de l’océan avec une promenade agréable le soir, si vraiment un besoin se fait sentir le petit supermarché Spar à 500m est très bien fourni (pratique pour de l’eau et du chocolat et tout autre chose) Le loueur de voiture est très sympa et fiable, PS : Snorkeling avec FuerteCharter Top!.

Una bella struttura in ottima posizione sul mare, con molti confort e spazi ampi per tutti. Buona la ristorazione. Peccato solo per la spiaggia davanti, non paragonabile alle molte spiagge belle di Fuerteventura, altrimenti sarebbe stato il massimo desiderabile. Gentile il personale della reception e del ristorante. Da ritornarci comunque.

Die Anlage befindet sich direkt am Meer.
Wie schon erwähnt, dass Hotel hat eine top Lage, für diejenigen, die Ruhe suchen. Familie mit Kindern absolut ungeeignet. Es gab leider keine landestypischen Speisen, um es kurz zu halten, es gab immer das gleiche Essen. Personal überwiegend freundlich. Das komplette Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und es bedarf unbedingt renoviert werden. Getränke werden in Pappbechern serviert bei All inklusive zahlenden Kunden. Preis Leistung - befriedigend.Positiv: Bei Mängel Anzeige wird sofort eine Lösung gefunden.

Mooi hotel direct aan zee
Mooi hotel met goede kamers en restaurant. Het personeel aan de receptie was niet altijd even deskundig en vriendelijk. Dat gold zeker niet voor het overig personeel dat altijd adequaat reageerde. Het hotel is op onderdelen wel toe aan onderhoud en renovatie! Wel aan te bevelen.

Lovely hotel
It's a lovely hotel with 3 pools and is right by the beach (not even a minute away) it's a very quite small town so not much noise unless the hotel is holding an event and for us that wasn't bad.

La playa nos la venden como un paraíso de arena negra y es una playa llena de piedras y muy sucia donde no te puedes ni bañar. El buffet malo y escaso, el todo incluido con hora y solo para bebida. El hotel es para extranjeros claramente, el personal se extrañaba de que fueramos españoles. Habia que madrugar para coger una tumbona o ya no pisabas la piscina, encima, nos cerraron una de ellas porque se pusieron a pintar el suelo (en julio?). El "spa" es una piscina, 3 duchas, sauna y poco mas, pequeño y malo porque hay 11 puntos y había 3 que no funcionaban Lo unico bueno con lo que me quedo es que el personal era muy amable con nosotros, ya que eramos de los pocos españoles y la habitación era muy grande, aunque sucia y con una tele malisima

Relaxing Surroundings.
Juat got back from a one week stay. Staff were great, some names to look out for it you go are Domingo, Cristian and Carman. The room was adequate, clean but lacking some basics. No tea & coffee making facilities in the room, no wifi in the room (although on the day we were leaving routers were being installed in rooms), tv only had 1 English speaking channel which was bbc world news and even that was with poor reception. Food is a good standard, not 5 star but good for all inclusive. Very much a European customer base. Mainly Germans, not a problem for us but they can get quite loud and came across as brash. Spa was good but again not 5 star quality. Steam room wasn't working, some of the showers weren't working. Generally tired in places.

Las sabanas son de mala calidad con lo que se podria asemejar a una lija, ademas del corchon duro y la bañera no apta para personas un poco mas alta de la poblacion media. En el buffet no existe variedad de aliementos. Si no te gusta lo que proponen solo tiene la opcion de comer MUCHA ensalada.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen
Das Hotel ist leider schon was in die Jahre gekommen und müsste an manchen Ecken nachgebessert werden.Ansonsten ist die Anlage ganz nett gebaut. Die Disco unten im Hotel war auch super laut, sodass wir das Zimmer gewechselt haben. Im zweiten Zimmer hat dann die Schiebetür vom Bad nicht mehr 100% geschlossen- also 0 Privatsphäre. Beim Buffet war die Hygiene auch nicht immer so optimal da die Salate oft ungewaschen waren ( Käfer und Sand dran), die Kühlkette nicht eingehalten wurde ( Butter schimmelte trotz gültigen MHD, Grapefruits waren schimmelig aber trotzdem aufgeschnitten, Eis ist im Behälter geschmolzen - für ein 4 Sterne Hotel leider sehr enttäuschend und nicht akzeptabel!!!

Das Zimmer mit Meerblick ist sehr nett eingerichtet und man hat einen tollen Blick. Das Zimmer ist immer sauber gewesen. Die Anlage ist gut gebaut, aber bereits in die Jahre gekommen - hier und da findet man Rost und Putz der von den Wänden kommt. Die Poolanlage ist schön und windgeschützt. Das Fitnessstudio und der Wellnessbereich sind enttäuschend. Viel zu klein und veraltete Geräte! Das Personal ist immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen sieht zwar immer appetitlich aus, aber geschmacklich war es eher auf einem 2 Sterne Hotel Niveau. Daran muss das Hotel arbeiten. Und schade war auch, dass AI um 23Uhr endete - noch nicht einmal ein Wasser bekam man danach. Dies sollte meiner Meinung nach in einem 4 Sterne Hotel anders sein. Allem in allem war es ein netter Aufenthalt, aber einem 3 und nicht 4 Sterne Hotel.

Really relaxing hotel away from it all ⭐️ Great spa ,lovely heated outdoor pool. Good spacious, clean room. Plenty of food choice. Bottle of bubbly on arrival in room. Just need better coffee.

Clean, completely new and food is like a la carte. Price quality is amazing. I've been in many hotels across lanzarote, fuerteventura, tenerife, gran canaria and I definitely recommend it.

Hotel ideal para relajarse.
Entré con mal pie, ya que tenía reservada habitación con vistas al mar y me dieron una con vistas al parking. Lo que me incomodó más fue que no me lo advirtieran y lo descubriese por mi cuenta, hubiera preferido que me avisaran en el momento del check in de que no tenían disponibilidad hasta el día siguiente. Se disculparon y al otro día me hicieron el cambio. Aparte de lo anterior, el hotel es perfecto para relajarse, instalaciones bastante nuevas y bien mantenidas, las habitaciones son grandes y las que tienen vista al mar son ideales. El buffet está bastante bien, la comida buena, el horario (como en todos los hoteles de las islas) es ajustado a extranjeros, pero se agradece mucho que no corran a recogerlo todo media hora antes de cerrar. El personal muy correcto y atento en todo momento, con predisposición para dar buen servicio. Lo tengo en la lista para repetir.

Rundum empfehlenswert für einen entspannten Urlaub
Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit einem sehr netten Personal v.a. im Restaurant. Nettes Unterhaltungsprogramm am Abend. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Mehr als genug zu essen und zu trinken in reichlicher Auswahl fast durchgehend von 8-22 h für den, der es braucht. Ein Verbesserungsvorschlag: Die Sauna (Spa-Bereich) dürfte etwas länger geöffnet sein als bis 19:00.

Hôtel qui ne manque pas de charme
L'hôtel est accueillant, il est gigantesque. Il possède deux piscines, une discothèque, un centre de spa, plusieurs bars. Nous avons été agréablement surpris par la propreté de l'hôtel ainsi que par la gentillesse de son personnel. La chambre est nettoyé tout les jours, les repas sont divisés en 4 (petit déjeuner, déjeuner du midi, snack de l après midi et repas du soir), niveau nourriture on trouve de tout, le seul petit bémol serait les desserts qui ne sont pas assez varié à mon goût. La plage près de l'hôtel est une plage de sable noir mais les environs regorge de plage de sable fin blanc. L'hôtel propose un tas de service variés (blanchisserie, location de voiture, excursions...). En soit c'est un séjour merveilleux que nous avons passé dans ce fabuleux hôtel et nous y retourneront !

Personnel de l'hotel peu aimable et peu souriant et peu enclin à fournir des informations (il a fallu que je retourne 2 fois à la réception pour avoir les horaires des bus pour l'aéroport) . 2 petites piscines une chauffée mais n'ayant pas assez de transats (il faut dire que l'hotel est fréquenté par une clientèle allemande qui reserve son transat à 8 heures du matin) et beaucoup de transats cassés. L'autre piscine un peu plus grande mais à coté d'un bar diffusant de la musique toute la journée et proposant des jeux "apéro" Alors qu'il n'est pas mentionné que l'hotel a une animation façon club. Coffre de la chambre payant, changement des serviettes de plage payant (1€)! Donc faites le calcul si vous restez 10 jours. Restaurant dans le style "cantoche" nappes pas forcément changées entre 2 clients (on les retourne!) et meme certains soirs sets en plastique. Ce qui n'est pas consommé un soir, se retrouve le lendemain en salade!! Odeur de friture et de graillon dès que l'on pénètre à l'intérieur. Malgré un "dress code" affiché à la porte (pantalon pour les messieurs au diner) la plupart des clients sont en bermudas tongs...Donc ce n'est pas 4 étoiles que cet hotel devrait avoir mais 2.5 et encore.

We found the hotel in very quiet area which we didn't know about before we came. We found it isolating nothing much around as I shops cafes or bars. We found ourselves the only English couple so chatting to others near on impossible. Staff friendly but not all had goid English and no travel books in English either. Leaflets for activities around but felt unable to ask abt stuff due to barriers of language. Even though the weather was mixed I would travel to fuetaventura again but not this area

Nice hotel near the beach and at very quiet place.
Nice fresh hotel, very clean and I liked room disign. I had good relaxing week, what I was expecting. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Food was excellent. SPA was good, only working hours good to be extended at later. I found the corridors too windy for this time of year.

Silver wedding beak ruined
Booked hotel two months ago. Arrived to be told no booking for us so will move us to another hotel in a different resort. I will add more detail once Expedia have handled my complaint. The attitude of the reception staff was terrible. I booked this adults only hotel, as we gave never had a sun holiday with out kids. This was supposed to be a relaxing time together.

Good hotel but would not return
Room was excellent, upgraded to a suite. Hotel was on the coast but not a holiday resort, good beaches 30 minute drive. Food was ok only. Service in resturaunt was poor. Bar area for evenings was poor and service very very slow. Good that it was adults only, but would not entertain returning due mainly to the area it was in.

Hotel jest OK! Nowoczesny design. Jeden z zewnętrzych basenów jest pogrzewany. Spa we wnętrzach ok. Jedzenie urozmaicone i niezłe, chociaż przyprawiane łagodnie - pod gusta niemieckich emerytów. Plaża słaba, brak leżaków na plazy. Pracownicy recepcji średnii. Wifi działa w lobby i na basenie, w pokoju prawie nie działa.

Wir waren eine Woche über Silvester 2015/15 in dem Hotel. Über das Hotel im allgemeinen lässt sich nichts schlechtes sagen, aber auch nichts wirklich auszeichnendes. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig, schöner Balkon und für spanische Verhältnisse sauber. Die Lage ist sehr abgeschieden. Der nächste Ort ist Costa Calma ca. 10 Autominuten entfernt. Nun aber leider zu dem Punkt der uns wirklich gestört hat: Das Essen! Das Buffet war zwar reichhaltig und vielfältig, geschmacklich aber farblos und völlig langweilig. Die meisten Gerichte haben schlicht nach Luft geschmeckt... Fleisch ungewürzt, Fisch neutral, Süßspeisen einfach nur süß.... Der Kaffee war absolut ungenießbar. Man erwartet ja keine Sterneküche, aber ein bisschen Mühe kann man sich schon geben! Schade, dass hier wirklich nur die Massen satt gemacht werden. Vorallem in einem Land in dem man ansonsten echt sehr gut essen kann !

Hotel close to the beach but 3 stars at best
Hotel location: in a small town with very little else but the hotel. We have a car so we went out pretty much every day. Do not go there without a rental car. Entertainment: a mixture of dismaland and disneyland. not really apropriate for the crowd and fairly annoying. I had to run away from them. Food: we were all inclusive. There were copious amount of food but the quality wasn't up to scratch. Drinks: I do not drink alcohol but my husband does and he said that the quality of alcohol was extremely poor, to the point that we went out and bought a bottle of cognac to have in our room. Rooms: We had a junior suite. |The rooms were ok, very clean. I said the rooms because we were switching rooms. We had 252 first and that was on top of the kitchen. The cooks arrive at 4am and after that time we were unable to sleep. They moved us to room 262, this was close to reception and next to the disco area. The noise now was until 1am and then a bunch of people in the corridors until 3 am. In summary I came back more tired than I went, extremely EXTREMELY annoying. I keep complaining but nothing happened. This is not a hotel to rest. SPA: with a 7 days stay all inclusive you get entrance twice to the spa. that is unacceptable. The rest of the days you need to pay 10 euros per person per entry.

Rooms with sea view have a nice balcony. The TV is I German and Spanish only.

Very nice hotel in a peaceful location
Had a very nice holiday at the R2 Bahia room was always clean, the pools are a little cold ,food plenty of choice. The beach is not to my choice ( not golden sand ) overall had a good relaxing holiday

Buen hotel pero con errores impropios de un 4*
El personal muy amable y servicial, las instalaciones bien cuidadas (excepto el spa en el que muchas cosas no funcionaban y faltaba información). La comida bastante mala, poca variedad, muchos congelados y los productos hechos al momento en la plancha muy pasados, la fruta bastante pasada de su punto y el hecho de que se empiece a recoger el buffet antes de llegar la hora límite solo está pensado para extranjeros, los españoles que intentamos comer "a nuestra hora" nos veíamos muy perjudicados.
