주차 공간이 부족합니다. 올인클루시브로 이용했지만 각 시설의 시간 및 예약에 번거로움이 있어 조금 불편했습니다. 식사는 두세번 하면 질리는 맛입니다. 스페셜 식당으로 아시아 식당을 이용했지만 최악이었습니다. 다시 이용하지는 않을것 같습니다.

Lovely complex with lots of pools not too far to walk into town and beach. Activities available on site such as aquafit, Zumba, Volleyball Gym, sauna and massages Food ok lots of choice not cordon bleu but fine, wine sangria and beer freely available. The Nubium restaurant open 3x a week is well worth a visit food really good but only get one visit per stay

Bathroom needed a good wipe over but rest was clean. The breakfast and lunch was good but the evening buffet was dreadful. Dried up and stale foid reheated from lunch I assume. The beer was lovely but the other alcoholic drinks and cocktails were very poor.

Overall a great stay
We had a great stay here, late Sept 2023. We stayed for 5 nights. The food at the restaurant was always good, with plenty of choices and theme nights. The oriental night food was especially nice. The entertainment, especially the quiz, was good too. The pools are good size and we didn’t struggle to get a lounger any day. The resort is a bit difficult to get around and would benefit with a bit more signage, and more knowledge on what is available to guests.

En general me ha gustado todo, lo único que cambiaría es reducir la oferta gastronómica para conseguir una mejor calidad en la comida. Aunque no está nada mal, sino te gusta algo tienes donde elegir.

Great place to visit with children. We had a great time. Short ride a beautiful beach. The hotel was clean, staff friendly, food was great too. If you just want to relax and let your children run free this is the place.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Great facilities, good choice of food options at the buffets and it was nice they have live entertainment in the evenings. Very close to the beach and the town.

Hotel is somewhat dated. ‘Spa’ not a spa but 2 saunas … Big empty bath tub that looks like a jacuzzi but empty and was told just a bath .. but not working, ‘out of order ‘ signs on one sauna for some of the days, water machine , lockers also out of order. When put to manager, he said ‘comes down to definition of Spa’. Well if all you’re offering is a sauna , say something. Don’t advertise ‘Spa’ incl on big rollups in reception lobby - see image . Gym nice but one bike has missing pedal straps. WiFi effectively not working in rooms .. and surprised to find layout of hotel effectively as terraced houses ..not part of main building . Not nice for solo women travellers. ‘Junior suite’ ok but no more and coffee /tea not refilled. Food of mediocre quality and no really nice place to chill .. main chill area by restaurant feels like a canteen.. /on a boat .. + bar in reception area. travelled round the world and stayed in many 4 star hotels . This one really struggles to be more than 3. Upside: staff lovely, big resort, lots of places to choose from and great activity programme, Dutch animation team lady great , entertainment good - Saturday singer Nikki fantastic and when shared feedback w management was offered access to VIP club.. I left after 7 days and moved to other hotel nearby .. had enough when WiFi key cutting out and nothing was done despite ‘we’ll send a technician to the room’ . Disappointing experience. Some way from the experience I’d been sold on here

Lovely hotel, wonderful staff!
This is a beautiful hotel, very well run with amazing staff and lovely surrounds. The rooms are large, spacious and spotlessly clean, and bathrooms are a very generous size too. The grounds are attractive and well kept, and really nice to walk around to enjoy the scenery and the natural beauty. This is predominantly a hotel guide for families with kids, but there are definitely areas where you can find peace and quiet, especially the Plaza pool where the setting is peaceful and idyllic. The food and drinks were fine, the wine on tap works too! It’s the staff that really make the hotel experience, all of them friendly and happy with a smile on their face and a greeting for you. Special thanks to Luisa on reception and to Georgia on Guest services who were both engaging and delightful.

It probably exceded our expectations the food and service was very good upgrading to my favourite club was a good move,the gym was adequate but the wellness centre needs some TLC broken beds and plunge pool and a broken water dispenser but all in all a good experience.

We have been coming to this place since about a decade. While it is noticeable that COVID and the global economic crisis have forced the administration to cut back on some services that made the former "Atlantis" an outstanding facility the rooms are still fabulous, food choices varied and delicious, and the proximity to Coralejo and the dunes perfect.

Hôtel qui ne vaut clairement pas 4 étoiles. Accueil peut agréable. Concernant la chambre la literie est de bonne qualité en revanche les salles de bain sont obsolètes, limite convenable pour le prix. La qualité de la nourriture laisse également à revoir. Ayant séjourné dans un autre all inclusive sur l’île la même semaine et pour moins cher c’était le jour et la nuit. Très déçu

Una estancia muy agradable. El hotel tiene muy buenas instalaciones pero le falla el todo incluido. Excepto el desayuno, la comida no es de 4 estrellas, ni el buffet ni el restaurante a la carta. Variedad pero poca calidad. Personal agradable, a destacar a Francis que va un paso mas para hacer que la experiencia sea mejor.

Perfekt för barnfamilj! Flera olika pooler, bra aktiviteter & gym och en bra barnklubb som hittade på aktiviteter till de minsta. Maten var god, men hela restaurang-upplevelsen hade kunnat förbättras. Om samma mat blivit serverad i en miljö som var lite charmigare, hade hela upplevelsen av hotellet blivit betydligt bättre. Men fantastiskt trevligt med fin trädgård, fina poolområden mm.

Experiencia increíble
Tuvimos una experiencia muy buena. El recibimiento por parte del hotel fue excelente y aunque no nos dieron la habitación hasta mediodía, pudimos estar desde antes usando las instalaciones del Hotel. Estuvimos en el Hotel Bahía Real porque nos avisaron antes de nuestra llegada de que nos cambiaban ya que iban a estar cerrados. Solo tuvimos un pequeño problema porque al entrar en la habitación una de las toallas estaba con un chicle pegado y cuando fuimos a recepción para protestar, la persona que estaba en el turno de tarde no estuvo muy acertada ya que contestó de malas maneras diciendo que no podía tocar la toalla cuando el problema no era nuestro pero si que tengo que decir que una de las personas de limpieza que estaba en el pasillo me acerqué a ella y súper amable nos dió dos toallas pero desde luego la persona de recepción que era una mujer en el turno de tarde fue bastante desagradable. La situación que vivimos la sabemos todos pero creo que hay maneras de decir las cosas sobre todo cuando estás de cara al público. La pena no acordarme del nombre. Ese fue el único problema porque después el resto del hotel estupendo. El personal del restaurante encantador tanto durante la comida como de la cena y desayuno.

Un 10 para todo el personal del hotel, desde que llegas hasta nuestra partida. Un servicio muy bueno y con mucha profesionalidad y simpatía. El mayor patrimonio del hotel, sin duda. Las habitaciones son amplias y bien equipadas. La única puntualización sería en relación a la temperatura de la ducha que puede llegar a hervir (yendo con niños hay que vigilar). Las instalaciones están bien cuidadas y limpias. La lástima es que actualmente solo hay abierto un único restaurante y una única piscina. Se agradecería que en la web (Hoteles.com en mi caso) se hiciese mención a esta circunstancia y no se indicase que tiene 8 piscinas y 4 restaurantes si no están disponibles. Es engañoso. El buffet es correcto, nada destacable ni en calidad ni en cantidad de platos a escoger. Suficiente sin más. Entiendo que en una situación normal (funcionando al 100%) ha de ser un hotel genial... En la situación actual, lo hemos pasado bien, pero hemos echado en falta poder disfrutar de él con todo su potencial.

Clim defectueuse. 3 fois a ete reparee mais en vain. Avons du changer de chambre a 22h.
