The room was ok. The pool was a little murky looking but the kids enjoyed it for the short time they used it. The breakfast was ok, nothing to write home about but I have seen worse. We did sleep exceptionally well so that is great!

location worked well for us. They need new air conditioning. First room at no air for two nights room was very warm. Third night we were moved room only had a portable air conditioner but at least it worked. Should have know something was off when they had boxed fans even setting in the lobby.

The TV wasn't working properly. The shower was very wasteful for water usage. It had a slight smell to the room. The card keys that they gave us only one of them worked and when the door finally unlocked the door would still catch a little bit.

The property was ran down and dirty . The shower floor was soft and had a hole in it. The breakfast was wasnt warm and there was no milk . It was just a very awful stay. I will not be back and would not recommend it. The place needs a complete updating.

The rooms were not very clean and smelled bad. The water from the shower had a mildew smell. The manager on duty seemed rude. The one that was very helpful was a lady named Sara she was very polite and respectful. However, first and last time I will stay there.

I loved it easy check in, had pool, breakfast, priced well. I didn't like my comforter was dirty, bathroom fan didn't work, the AC in room said so not touch but I was freezing, and no trash can in the room.

Booked 2 rooms. One had no heat, electrical outlets at nightstand did not work. The a/c unit was a free-standing unit that they had propped up on a foot stool. 2nd room had a draft coming in from the exterior window that would not close completely. Comforter on bed had a "mildew" smell so bad that it could not be used for sleep. Slept with just a sheet only. Coming from the hotel industry, these rooms should be considered "out of service" until these issues are corrected. Paid $249.00 per room through Expedia. Left message with hotel manager Muhammed regarding the above issues. .

We had a very obnoxious beeping that started about 1 in the morning waking up everyone including my one-year-old. We went to the front desk and had told them about the situation and they were no help at all. They also were not very interested in making the situation right. I am very disappointed with the way I was treated as a customer and will be spending my money elsewhere next time.

The owner was very rude when I showed him the video of roaches inside the shower and literally yelled at me in the hallway in front of everyone when it is his problem. Did not refund me nor move me to another room. Tried giving me late check out but rudely woke me up yelling at me to leave right then! The entire hotel was completely dirty. A window was busted out on the 3rd floor. carpets were stained. Smelled, entry way of the building was disgusting.

Definitely not keeping up with maintenance
The bathroom tub/shower ran a steady stream of water constantly and xould not be shut off. The shower rod was a curved one and the tile it was screwed into was broken, so the rod hung down in the center so you could not extend the curtain when showering because the curtain would slide down to the center. Also, the toilet was lolse on the floor. Also saw cockroaches in the bar sink. Definitely needs maintenance in the rooms. Hallways have been repainted, but done very poorly. Missing ice maker on our floor.

Super comfy beds, the mattress are better than anywhere I’ve ever stayed.. better than luxury beds. Staff super friendly and sweet. Food outstanding. Clean and comfortable, what more could you want! Also very quiet. Mostly truckers that just want a meal, sleep, and back out on the road :)

Upon our arrival at the property, we were greeted by a staff member who was not very friendly. The check-in process went smoothly, but I was concerned when they asked to make a photocopy of my driver's license, especially considering the prevalence of identity theft. When we approached our room, we discovered that the door was unlocked and appeared to have been tampered with. This made us feel unsafe, but since we were exhausted from a long drive, we decided to take additional precautions to ensure our security in case someone tried to enter the room. The linens in the room were thin and worn out, and the pull-out sofa was in such poor condition that I wouldn't even let my pet sleep on it. Additionally, the restroom was in need of a thorough deep cleaning and updating. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with our stay at this property.
