Clean and comfy rooms. I’m rating it a 4 because the TV did not work and the bathroom tiles were a bit loose. Otherwise good. Good service from staff.

SO GROSS. It smelled like a gallon of air freshener was used to cover the grime and smoke. Active smoking...heavily....wasn't addressed by staff at all and truth be told the hotel should have refunded our stay. I was choking on smoke as we opened the room door in the morning. The bath tub had some glued on mat hiding a leak. This place should be condemned.

Plumbing problem in our room. Shower wouldn’t shut off completely. Reported it to front desk and they said they would send someone to fix it. We were checking out anyway.

Having NO SIGNS clearly visible on the street made finding this location of Quality Inn I 75 in Gainesville very hard to find. Now that I know where the entrance is located, I would stay there again when in the area.

The staff were the best. The went above and beyond to help my family. Thank you to the front desk, and thank you to the house keepers.

Rude check in lady. Was eating dinner while on duty and acted put out that we came in. Not a welcoming word or smile. Bathroom was old with barely a working shower.

For all you nay sayers out there. What do you expect for motel room. They are not brand new properties, they get a little worn out over time. This was a nice clean property with employees than care about their customers. I would have no problem staying there again.

Daily housekeeping, staff very nice, friendly and service oriented. Breakfast and facilities commensurate with the star level of the inn.

Nice property and staff for the price. I stayed on the first floor, rm 112. Only complaint was there were young children crying and hollering ALL NIGHT long in the hallway. Also, if you don’t care to hear interstate traffic all night its great, but if you want a quiet, peaceful nights sleep, I would avoid this place, traffic noise was horrible. Will not stay here again.

Located right off of I-75 and property set away from road so seems safe. Not walkable though, which adds to the security feeling. Property seems well maintained.

Room was fine. Checking in sucked.
We knew we were coming in a bit late so we called ahead to make sure the front desk would be open--they said they would be until 2am. We got in a bit after 11, so that should have been fine. But there was nobody at the front desk and nobody was picking up the phone. We waited over 20 minutes and even started making plans to go somewhere else when someone finally came in. Luckily we didn't need to get up super early the next day, but it was definitely frustrating to be tired from traveling late at night and not having a clue how long we'd have to wait before we could check in. The room itself was fine. Nothing glamorous, but it didn't feel icky. The second floor hallway reeked of cigarette smoke though.

The staff was friendly however, the hallway was dirty and dated. The room smelt of left over smoke. The tiles in the bathroom were broken. I guess you get what you pay for.

Clerk was rude!! Tv didn’t work, room phone didn’t work. Reported to clerk, she got tv to come on but wouldn’t change channels. Had to call on cell phone to get instructions, clerk was rude & hung up on phone call. Room phone never repaired in 2 days we were there. Wife was walking in room barefooted & feet were black!!

Close off the highway. Easy off and to get back on. Several food options in the area but not walkable. Property felt safe. Inside entrance. Breakfast is cold cereal, yogurt, waffles and apples. Slightly updated. Room clean. Strong AC

The service was excellent, and the room was ok. The halls reeked of cigarette smell. The exterior was not filthy but could use some sweeping and cleaning. The breakfast bar was mediocre at best but at least a few items were available. Price was great, plenty of towels and pillows. For those reasons will likely rebook there next year.

The bed was comfortable. The refrigerator kept my drinks cold. The thermostat was easy to set. The bathroom was clean and well stocked and the television had the channels I enjoy watching. The only thing I didn't like was the hassle setting up their Wi-Fi. The password was written on my key card but it didn't work. I had to go all the way back to the front desk to have the receptionist put in the Confirmation Code. I thought that was an unnecessary hassle. Except for the issue with Wi-Fi, everything else was super.

Very gracious front desk and lovely motel. Roadway Inn next door needs to be burned down. We stayed there last time. Ugh.
