Good Hotel
Great hotel, staff was very friendly. The people next door to my room were very loud but other than that no complaints. I loved the jetted tub. It was worth the extra $ for the time I stayed here.

Shouldn’t advertise something that isn’t working.
The receptionist was new and it took forever to check in. She finally went and got assistance. We booked this stay because they advertised an indoor pool, however when we went to the pool it was locked. Management said there was a busted pipe and that it was closed.

The front desk check in clerk, Robert Silver, was so accommodating. After completely checking in and learning that we were on the second floor with no elevator, I asked was there any way that we could get a downstairs room. After explaining my situation, he graciously and without hesitation replied yes. He then changed our room to the bottom floor and to a room right at the door so we did not have to walk that far. His genuine concern for our well being meant so much to us. A great big thank you to Me. Silver. Your caring ways are truly appreciated!

Choice to stay here for the heated pooled. Called to make sure it was up and working. Was told yes it was but once we got there it was closed. Being a holiday we knew there wouldnt be much for kids to do so not having the pool was very disappointing for them

There were NO cups nor ice bucket in room. There was a short in the bedside lamp. The hvac scared me, I was afraid of a possible fire when using the unit and DID NOT attempt hair dryer. It looked dangerous. I had an overall bad experience. Was concerned about cleanliness throughout the hotel. There was NO hot water in sink and the shower was tepid at best. Will not visit this hotel again.

We were in town for a wedding and was trying to find something reasonable the people that waited on us were very nice Overall it was ok but the bed was terrible they need new ones! It And the bathroom needs upgrades the lighting was not good and the tub looked like it had seen better days it was not the worst that I have seen But these older hotels really need to invest in their properties

The hallway was Smokey which was understandable. Once in our non smoking room there was no smell at all. The room was clean other than a bandaid on the inside of the door I assume it was to cover the peephole. The check in and out was a breeze. Room was ready on time. Nothing against the hotel at all the neighbors were very loud. The kings bed comfort was a 5/10.

My girlfriend and I planned to stay here for just one night, but due to the conditions of the room and hotel, decided against it. The entire property smelled of cigarettes, including the non-smoking rooms. There were stains in the tub and on the walls. I fell out of the rolling chair due to a broken wheel and my girlfriend almost cut her foot on a cracked tile. We ended up sleeping elsewhere and returning to the hotel the next morning to shower and eat breakfast... which was cleaned up two hours early and before we had gotten to it. Leaving hungry and tired, we would not recommend staying here.

The Bed was horrible. Didn’t sleep much. The window was lose in the frame and you could see outside. TV was small. Very noisy from the parking lot noise.

Old, dirty and stinky
The Hotel needs major renovation. Ripped down curtains, not functioning light switches, wifi doesn't work and the rooms stink from smoking even though I booked a non smoking room. But the real issue is the cleanness. Toilet wasn't clean and hair from the former guests all over. Room service only emptied the trash cans and bed was only half made.

We were placed in smoking room. The manager was very helpful moving us to nonsmoking. We were very pleased with the service.
