I will never stay here again. I didn’t even have scrambled eggs for breakfast. Staff was ambivalent to needs of guests.

Didn't like that there was no in-person check-in or check-out. Didn't like the $45 extra fee for small dog. Breakfast was biscuits and gravy--the biscuits were hard as rocks. The sausage was too salty. No eggs other than hard boiled. No potatoes.

Checked into a king, suite and the TV did not work. Staff member had to reboot the system, which was a little annoying considering it took roughly 25 minutes. This was the least of my concerns as when I crawled into bed with the TV on, I noticed dark spots all over the sheets. I turned down the lights to see, the sheets were all bloodied. I immediately ran to the bathroom and washed my legs. Apparently housekeeping made the bed with bloody sheets. When I informed the front desk, they apologized and gave me another king suite room. This room had the bathroom door closed for a reason as , the faucet in the bath tub shower area had a leak and was dripping constantly. These are things that could definitely be avoided. As for breakfast, it was subpar as for example, the waffle batter was sour and runny, and made horrible waffles. The juice dispenser did not work And the staff put out a gallon of generic orange juice. The coffee looked like tea and was not bold as described with a sign. Again, all of these details are easily remedied, but in my opinion, we’re not due to cost cutting if not, then, why?

I thought I would splurge a little for a nicer room, but I was very disappointed. The room was not clean with dead flys in the window and hairs in the bathtub. The tv did not work.

The carpet was wet by the window and heater. Someone left a window open during rain. The bath tub drained very slowly. When checking out I was going to tell the front desk person but every time I would go to front desk no one was there. I had to always call front desk. We were in a hurry to leave so I couldn’t wait.

The 1st staff I met was robotic, ridged, matter o facted. Very expensive dog fee!! $40 a day ×3. $30 a day more than the hotel we stayed the night prior, which was much nicer Disappointed that for a "suites " breakfast was very basic, lots of carbs! Scrambled eggs one time were offered. Tiny towels and no shampoo. They didn’t clean or bring more clean towels during our 3 night stay Yet, room was clean and bed comfy

We love that it has a hot tub. They do offer breakfast. They are not always at the desk. You have to call for them. Every time I walked by desk no one was there..Clean up pool area a little more. My room had ripped drapes in it.

Stayed 2 nights. The mirrors and glass had a film and residue on them, 1 had a hand print on it. The toilet leaked on the floor and had for some time as there was a rust stain on the floor under the leak. The toilet would run and fill every 10 minutes. The bathroom sink drain leaked onto items we stored on the shelf below the sink. The shower curtain had a dirty handprint on the edge. One morning I woke up and found a 6 inch diameter gray creme paste on my face, the sheets were dirty. I had always enjoyed staying at Country Inn and Suites, but now my thoughts have changed.

When we got here to check in at 2:45 we were told that we could go ahead and check in but could not go to the room until 3pm as it was still being cleaned. So we left and came back around 3:15 and went to our room to find out that it was still dirty and a mess. When we went back to the front desk and told the lady, she did not apologize, and rolled her eyes and just gave us a new room. When we got to the new room it smelled like moth balls and we had to open the window to air it out. Overall, this hotel is not very friendly and clean and I would not recommend it at all. Please save your money and stay at a different hotel where I’m sure the customer service is better along with cleanliness.

Looks okay, but is not.
On the surface, this hotel looks decent and is decently priced. Once up close and personal, you can see that there have been attempts to "update" or "re-do" things here. Very sloppily done. Unknown pill on the floor upon entry into our hotel room. Very unsafe situation for a family with kids. There were bugs in the pool. Hot tub was cloudy and there was algae on the tiles. I don't like giving negative reviews, but if you have a family or children, find a different hotel to stay at. Very unsafe and difrty. If you're a single adult that needs a place to crash, this place is fine.

Discovered dirty sheets while getting into bed
This was a 1 night stay and I will probably not be back. We came back to our room at about 9pm, pulled the sheets back to get into bed only for them to be disgustingly stained! When we went to the front desk to discuss options there was no one there! What a complete disappointment. We had to get blankets out of our car to sleep with. We want a refund but doubt we will ever get one.

Stinky.
Hotel had a bad smell. There were a few rooms up on second floor, where a bad smell was coming from the rooms and permeating the hallway. I’m wondering if a family was living at hotel. There was a small child with her parents behind the counter. Our room had a plugged up sink. I let housekeeping know the next day and nothing was done. Housekeeping didn’t make beds or give us clean towels. The hallway carpet was disgusting. Lots of stains and rips in it.
