The general manager at the front desk was wonderful! Very friendly and inviting! Our hotel room was clean and spacious. The jetted tub was a little outdated but we’d stay again!

Have to start off by saying that the indoor pool area is probably one of the best I’ve ever visited inside a hotel. The room itself was very clean, no issues there. And anything we needed help with was easy to get. The staff was incredible - super kind and welcoming. I will definitely make my way back for another visit.

Hotel was busy due to Spring Break celebrating families. This hotel is very family friendly as it offers a large indoor pool area with slides very popular with children! As busy as hotel was, staff did a great job of staying on top of cleanliness and included breakfast.

The staff is great and the breakfast is awesome! My boys love the pool. We were in the first / ground floor this time, and it was a bit loud with pool, walking/running above us on the 2nd floor, and the shower needs an update. Granted i reserved an accessibility room by mistake, but still. The bedding and rooms are clean!

Pleasantly surprised there was an indoor water park here. Nice benefit for all families. Our room was clean and comfortable. The microwave and refrigerator are hidden in the cabinets. Would stay here again.

It was kid friendly, we came for our spring break with grandkids and our teenager. The pool area was enjoyed by all. They also have a good breakfast choice for all. The rooms are clean and updated. Staff friendly.

Night staff was courteous, professional, and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Water slide was a nice surprise. Breakfast is better than average.

This is wonderful hotel. Everything excellent. But the paper coffe cup lids do not fit securely on the paper cups. This needs to be fixed by the paper cup manufacturer.

My first night was noisy. Mgr. Emma called and we discussed what could make my second night less noisy. She was very cordial and sweet. My friend and I love to stay there because she needs a handicapped accessible bathroom. I was in room 101 and it’s near the back door. I was hearing what seemed like a man & woman excessively making noise at many different intervals during the night. Maybe in the stairwell I never went to look.

This was our second time staying here and it was just as good as the first. Front desk staff was SO friendly, and seemed more than happy to turn on the water slides for my kids, provide them with warm cookies, and just have friendly conversations. Room was quiet, clean and comfy and breakfast was good with bacon, little omelettes, and plenty of fruit/yogurt options. Great place!

Great time in Galena.
Great trip to Galena. This hotel is just a little West of the main strip, not far away. The pool and game room are unbeatable for the kids. Breakfast is outstanding. It was completely sold out when we were there, but they had a full staff that was keeping things mostly in order. This was the 2nd time that we stayed at this hotel, and it will be our regular stay from now on. Only knock is that the Premium Suite is not big enough for a family of more than 4 (we have 4 young kids) and it does NOT have a seperate bedroom as in the description. I will be explicitly booking a room with a seperate bedroom next time. The whirlpool in room is a little gimmicky and dated as well-- the space would be better used as a sitting area or another couch. Highly recommended hotel. Great amenities, great location, lots of nearby shopping and eating resources.

Kids loved the pool area and breakfast was very good each of the 3 days we were there. I do think they should put up the schedule for when they have water aerobics classes..
