Mr. Cohen contacted me some time before arriving and asked if he could check – in "a little bit late" and when I asked him "how late" he said " 10.30 or 11.00 p.m. I told Mr. cohen that it would be O.K. to delay his check in until 10.30 or 11.00 p.m. at the latest, eventually he arrived at 02.30 a.m. We have a free WI-FI in all our rooms. We take great pride in cleaning and maintaining our rooms Amirim is in the center of Galilee, one of the most beautiful and famous parts of Israel. It is only 15 min. to Zeffat, same distance to Carmiel, 25 min. to Tiberias and the Sea of Galilee, and so on. It is off the main highway connecting south and north of Israel. we never ever "tried to charge him twice. We believe that the reason why this customer is angry is because of his check -out. Check-out time in our place (as in most places in the world) is 11.00 a.m. Our cleaner came to the room at 12.00 noon to find that Mr. Cohen was still a sleep! It took him some time to leave the room and allow our cleaner to do her job. Our cleaner spent hours cleaning the rooms of this unit, and later told us that "she never in her whole carrier had to clean such a messy and filthy unit"
