Hello and thank you for the feedback,I apologize for the condition of this room. Hotel managers that I know would agree with this advice; If this happens again, please notify the hotel immediately and check you in to a different room. Checking a guest into a dirty room is embarrassing and compromises the integrity of the facility and the staff- we work hard to do better! This is disappointing for us and I apologize your room wasn't ready for check-in. This should never occur: we have a team that cleans the room and a separate person tasked with inspecting the room. On a busy summer, mistakes can happen and we are constantly working to improve our systems and methods- we will discuss this room and your feedback to do better.Thank you again and I hope your afternoon is going well,Chris- Hotel Manager
