Dear guests,We regret that you are so upset and unrealistic about your short stay in our hotel. To answer your accusations, we can say that the room temperature in the rooms is 20 degrees and not 5 degrees like in the refrigerator.After you spoke to us about it at reception late in the morning, we explained to you that because the outside temperatures were still warm during the day, the heating could not be turned on completely hot, but we would of course take care of it. Unfortunately, you didn't give us this chance because you came back to reception in the afternoon that day and told us that you had booked another hotel and were leaving now.It is a great pity that you are now making such a bad impression on our hotel in all respects because of this fact.

Dear Mrs. Sheila,thank you for your feedback. As we explained already at check in you got exactly the room category you booked! We're sorry in case you had the feeling that the staff spoke impolitely, however all we did is explaining you the booking situation. The next day you even got a free upgrade in a very much higher category. Regarding the decor, many guests love our bavarian decoration and thats what we stand for here in Bavaria.
