This was our second stay. It is nice. The rooms are nice size with separate living area with two TV's. Great for families. Close to all attractions and about 10 min from Dollywood,

Room had multiple lights that did not work and multiple outlets that were not functional. Air temp was much higher than the AC unit inside the room. Pool was murky and cloudy both days. Host made a poinnt to say the building is a couple years old and basically new which only makes those problems worse in comparison. Would not return.

Nice facilities. Overly expensive poor breakfast buffet. Cold food and not well stocked. This kind of breakfast is included with room at other hotels of this type. Felt like we were ripped off. I complained to front desk and they offered nothing.

It was close to the Convention Center, all we ad to do was walk across the bridge and we were in the lot.

Absolutely awful from check in to check out. We checked in with a man names Brian who was extremely rude. He scolded us for the way we booked our hotel, refused to let me pay cash even though I chose pay at property, told me he was only charging incidentals to my card for $25 and then charged the whole stay to it. Fast forward to Saturday morning when I woke up to an additional $232. (This was also happening to at least 8 other people who stayed and were checked in by Brian , some customers have extra charges up to $1,500) when I asked the front desk about it they couldn’t give me any answers as to why our cards were being charged they then told us after hours it was a glitch in the system. I spoke with the general manager Don who just like his staff was completely rude. Offered me $50 at check out and I let him know more needed to be done since they were taking all of our money his response was “if this isn’t good enough you don’t deserve anything”. After speaking with staff through the weekend and our money still not being returned we found out it was not a glitch but user error from the rude man named Brian who checked us in. I had called the front desk on Saturday evening to ask for towels and Brian answered and once again was extremely rude he answered the phone with “what do you want”. Between the awful customer service and them fraudulently charging our cards the stay was pretty much ruined. We all spent more time fighting with them then enjoying our trip.

We stayed in a suite with one King bed. The room was very spacious and the fireplace was a nice touch. The balcony overlooked the parkway which was nice as well. The swimming pool and hot tub were very clean and i really appreciated that! I would definitely come back!

Right beside Crave Golf Club, a little bit of a walk to the Island area. We went during the dead of winter, so definitely not a comfortable walk in 19 degree weather. Hotel is nice, loved that they had an indoor pool and hot tub! Had an issue with our door lock, but received prompt service. Wished the heat worked a bit faster, had it on 78 to warm up the room from the 67 degrees we walked into, but overnight it only rose to 71 with the "fireplace" on as well.

I loved the Christmas lights and the decorations, which we could view out of our window. Also, we could walk down a path of beautiful lights to the Island rides which was beautiful. The room was clean. Enjoyed our Xmas Vacation.

We stayed for Ana anime con held at the LeConte center. It was a convenient walk over to the center. We had a suit that slept 6 but we only had 5. The beds were pretty comfortable but the pullout was terrible. I ended up putting it back to a couch and putting sheets over the cushions and that was more comfortable for me. Refrigerator and microwave in room was fantastic as I had a group of teenagers. They heated up oatmeal cups and to Mac and cheese cups for snacks. The casual pint downstairs has some yummy wings as well when I needed a break from the teenagers . We had two problems while there and the maintenance guy was there in less than 10 min and fixed them right away. All the staff was wonderful. We were on the decks floor and our room had a small balcony but the unexpected treasure was a large public balcony with a fire pit on that floor. It wears great to hang out on and relax and watch the cool cars drive by. We plan to stay here again next year.

Clean and comfortable
The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Good lighting in the bathroom. Close to everything in pigeon Forge. I didn’t like paying for the breakfast that is usually included in other hotels, but I knew that was the case before I booked this hotel. The breakfast food that is offered is definitely not worth the money you have to pay. I would definitely stay here again, just not waste my money on the breakfast.
