가성비 좋음. 에어컨이 있어서 좋았다.
위치는 제네바 역에서 걸어서 6분정도거리. 방은 깨끗한 편. 아침식사는 그냥 먹을만 함. 가성비가 좋음. 그리고 직원이 친절했고 서비스 응대가 좋았음.

역이랑 가깝고 시설도 깔끔합니다 3인용 방도 생각보다 넓었구요 침대 근처에 콘센트가 없는 점, 엘리베이터가 작고 하나인 점이 단점입니다

좋은숙소. 깔끔하고 깨끗함. 포트 없음. 침대 넓고 푹신함. 제네바 카드 제공. 꼬르나방역과 걸어서 다닐만 함. 그러나 역으로 가는 버스는 마땅한게 없음. 24시간 리셉션이라 궁금한거 언제든 물어볼수 있음. 조식에 과일도 있고 괜찮음

ibis호텔 중에 가장 깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 객실 디자인도 신경쓴느낌이었고 깨끗했습니다. 굳이 단점을 꼽자면 지은지 얼마 안되었는지 새거 냄새가 났습니다.

분명 금연이 명시되어 있지만, 로비와 객실 화장실에서 너무 담배냄새가 심해서 힘들었습니다. 중심부와 가깝고, 스텝은 친절했습니다. 참고하세요.

깨끗합니다.
호텔이 역에서 꽤 멉니다. 구글맵 검색하면 걸어서 얼마 안 걸린다고 나오는데 모두 오르막길이라 짐 들고 걷기 엄청 힘듭니다. 역 앞에서 3, 21번 버스 타면 5분안에 갑니다. 꼭 버스타세요. 호텔은 깨끗하고 좋아요 ㅎㅎ 호텔에서 교통권 무료로 줍니다.

This hotel is located in an area like the slums
This hotel is located in the back area of the center station. Streets to go to the hotel are dour, and people who look a bit dangerous had been wandering around there when we arrived. And also about the hotel itself, we booked a triple room. The room was quite small so that we could instantly feel that this is a IBIS when we entered the room. There was no space to unpack thee baggage. Furthermore, I thought that bedding was also cheap one, so I felt itchy all over. I don't want to recommend this hotel to whom has sensitive skin.

Great location, really close to the centre. They gave us only 1 towel per person, the bedroom wasn't really clean and I needed to ask for a shower gel because it was empty for a couple of days. Breakfast was good.

Prioritise cleaning
The first room I was given was very dirty, it needed a good cleaning. I arrived late so it could not be changed. When leaving in the morning, I asked the reception to ensure that the room was properly cleaned - I returned 12 hrs later and nothing had changed. This time I could get another room, and it was better, but still. On the positive, the reception staff, day and evening, were really helpful and service minded.

Sink was blocked, reported it and no action was taken. Unblocked it myself in the evening with the receptionsist and found needle and syringe with many months worth of hair the cause. Very dangerous but showed the lack of cleaning undertaken in this hotel.

Ojo con aparcar en la zona de carga del hotel!
Habitaciones viejas y desayuno nefasto. No reponen la comida. Pagas 15 euros porbel desayuno para tomar un café y poco más. El personal no habla bien inglés (excepto el manager) Además, antes de hacer el check in en el hotel, le pregunté al recepcionista (que era además el manager del hotel) si podía dejar el coche en la zona de carga y descarga y me dijo que sí, que sin problema. Tardé unos 10-15 min en hacer el check in y cuando llegué al coche, tenía la multa puesta. Se lo dije al manager y me dijo que no me preocupase que conocía al agente que ponía las multas y que me la quitaba y que si no, que me la pagaba el hotel, puesto que había sido culpa suya. La semana pasada recibí la multa en casa, que además incluye un recargo por parte de la empresa de alquiler por gastos de gestión. He llamado al hotel y mandado emails y no he recibido respuesta alguna al respecto.
