So I’m not sure where to start with this awesome place in Geneva one block from the lake. Bastien – greeted us in a bowtie and showed us around the entire place and how to use things, and there was even a virtual reality game for the kids, and it was like a mini apartment and just beautiful!! Highly recommend.

It was truly a wonderful place to stay as a family with children. The staff was as hospitable as possible. Dear Bastian, thank you very much. We have traveled all over the world, but your concern touched our heart. Room cleaning is very thorough and fast, perfect. The hotel pampered us with Swiss chocolate and sweets. A crib, special shampoo, changing table and pacifier were already prepared for our baby. The location is very good, many commentators wrote about a noisy bar nearby, but it didn’t bother us. The only point we would like to note is the light switches...after four days we still haven’t figured them out 😅 Thank you very much. You have created a space that you really want to return to and recommend to your friends.

BOOK. IT. NOW. Run, don’t walk to this place! We booked our stay not knowing exactly where we were going and we could not have stumbled upon a better place to stay. To start, our airport pick up was prompt, professional, and clean, they accommodated an early arrival, and helped us find food as soon as we got there. Having never been to Geneva, we needed recommendations for dining and things to do outside what we had already booked. The concierge that was working most of the time we were there was Bastien, and he is an absolute gem. His recommendations were on point and never missed. One on occasion, Bastien helped us get set up with a train ride to Brienz. Being from Southern California, we were a bit nervous as public transportation is all but nonexistent where we live. Bastien called us in the middle of the day to make sure we were ok and were going to make it back to Geneva. To top it all off, THEY DO YOUR LAUNDRY. FOR FREE. Yes, you read that right. You’ll have a magic basket in your room that you fill up and they take and return the next day. Each day we also had a new gift in the room, ranging from locally sourced raspberry syrup to dried fruits and sweets. The cherry on this sundae was when our daughter left her sweatshirt in the van that took us back to the airport. They found it and shipped it to us the same day. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this property to anyone.

Rooms were updated and kept clean every day. Convenient location. Close to shops and restaurants. The staff was excellent. They were attentive and ensured our comfort during our stay. I would stay here again.

Localização, apartamento e serviço excelentes!
A escolha pelo hotel/apartamento supriu as nossas necessidades e foi acertada. Ele está localizado na rua de trás do lago, e facilmente se faz o acesso ao lago, e a travessia para a Cidade Antiga por uma das pontes (10/12 min). O concierge Sebastian nos recebeu e muito simpático nos apresentou o apartamento. Na nossa opção, um quarto de casal e na sala o sofá-cama virava uma confortável cama de casal. Os ambientes eram separados por uma porta. Possuía além de cafeteira, uma máquina de chá, uma compacta cozinha completa. Para famílias é muito interessante pois tem itens de entretenimento normalmente não encontrados em quartos de hotéis - impressora para Fotos, óculos para jogos em 3D (Metaverso). Banheiro amplo completo (excelente secador de cabelo e prancha) e ainda um lavabo separado, o que sempre facilita a individualidade numa viagem! Interessante para longas estadias, pois possuía pequenos acessórios para atividade física dentro do nosso quarto. Também nos ofereceu além do tradicional voucher para transporte público na cidade, um celular para uso pessoal, internet e ligações para levar conosco enquanto estivéssemos na cidade. Outro serviço que embora não utilizamos mas é interessante, oferece gratuitamente a lavagem de roupas dos hóspedes diariamente.

5 Star Exceptional Apartment in Geneva!
Our stay at the Swiss Luxury Apartments was superb! The location, the service, the amenities were exceptional. I would highly recommend these apartments as a wonderful place to stay in Geneva. Bastian the concierge was truly amazing and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The apartments are very spacious and comfortable. They are cleaned to a high standard everyday and even offer free laundry service - which was super helpful! Staying at the apartments is significantly more enjoyable than one room in a hotel. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for superior service, a beautiful and well situated accommodation in the heart of Geneva.

This Swiss Luxury Aparftments is our one of the best of all experiences. First of all, my wife and I want to give a special thanks to a very special gentleman, the concierge Bastien. In addition to his professionalism, punctuality and always in touch; this man has a big soul, a talent to satisfy his guest at an ideally high level. L’hôtel est très bien situé, tout près du Lac Leman dans un quartier tranquille. Le personnel est très gentil et plein de belles petites attentions: petits cadeaux gourmands dans la chambre, service de lavage du linge inclus, etc. Restaurants et épiceries à proximité. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.

Fantastic apartments in the centre of Geneva
Fantastic alternative to a hotel, especially if you have a family. Walking distance to the centre, apartment was modern with attention to detail. The resident concierge was extremely helpful and responsive. Would definitely return.

Large, well-appointed rooms, Amazing staff
The hotel is an easy (8 minute) walk from the train station. We were welcomed by an incredible, detail-oriented staff that was available for any need. The rooms were large, modern and very comfortable. Though all the staff was amazing, we had the most contact with Bastian who was the best part of our Geneva trip. Thank you SLA staff!

Beautiful apartment. High ceilings, high tech light switches, very comfortable bed. In a bathroom there was steam pot and foot spa bath😳. Front desk people very professional, helpful and friendly. Common areas very spacious and super clean and comfortable. I only wish I could stayed there longer!

First class serviced apartment.
The stay was good, from booking, check in and check out. Staffs was so helpful and efficient, nice Managment team. Apartment was all well equipped with all you need really. Simple and clean, my children love the apartment with sweets and play station. The best bonus was the free laundry service which was so helpful when you travel and away from home. My only issue was the noise from the street at mid night, and the bins collection in the early morning was quite noisy. I had not been able to sleep that night. Overall, a good apartment for family. Will recommend.

I was extremely disappointed in level of front desk staff. I asked at check in where I could find a little market to buy misc. food items like drinks orange juice wines chips and sandwiches. The checkin in person just stared at me and said they they could deliver food items which was not an answer to my question. I would have loved to know about the manor dept. store and cafeteria and champagne lounge at check in. The first blu found it the last day. Also, the suite had no winter curtains and only a partial screen in living room. They had insufficient lighting in living room. The poor temporary lights were ugly and not right for the room. Geneva is an expensive city which is why I picked the studio. However, no microwave, just a real small oven which is not as user friendly as a microwave. Other than the mentioned items, it was great. They did try to accommodate me with more lighting but the lighting was unacceptable for such an otherwise nice place. Second tv in bedroom had a non working remote and Krupp type coffee maker also did not work. I liked the staff on the whole other than at checkin. It felt more like a property management establishment than a short stay hotel. The location was great. It you are working there for a month or need some privacy with a famikybalong with small children then it would be ok.
