Querido Oscar, lo sentimos muchos por su comentario y que no le gustò nuestro hotel. El casco antiguo de Genoa es medieval, intonces es muy diffcil entrar (callecitas muy estrecha) y a la noche puedes ser mas dificil ubicarse. Nostros somos un hotel y por esto que tuvo ayuda nel medio de la noche, porque la reception es abierta 24h.El Palacio es "vejio" porquè es del 1400, ascensor è sencillo, verdad, , pero l'hotel adentro es totalmente moderno y nuevo. Lo sentimos que no se quedò algunas horas por descrubir la ciudad veja a la manana, creo que podría haber cambiado de opinión.El nuestro hotel es muy adapto y apreciado por quien llega por turismo y paseo y no para pasar la noche en un viaje por carretera, esto es verdad porque no es comoda la posicion. Esperamos haberla de nuevo en otra ocasion de paseo.
