전반적으로 깨끗하고 조용한 호텔 에어컨이 리모콘과 잘 연결되지 않아 불편했던 점을제외하면 야외 수영장과 레스토랑등은 모두 무난했음 가장 가까운 Werri beach는 걸어가기에는 좀 먼 거리이며 (차로는 5분정도) 어차피 차로 이동해야한다면 약20분 거리의 Seven mile beach나 Werry beach 바로 옆 Boat harbour의 rock pool 도 아이들이 놀기에 좋음

The gardener made a lot of noise with a leaf blower before 9am. Very disappointing guests are still sleeping before 9am.

Great hotel with friendly staff. We had dinner in the restaurant which was fantastic. Our only grumble was the very high sides on the bath tub which made getting into the bath to shower somewhat precarious. We’d definitely return.

I would not stay at this hotel again. Its definitely not the worst but for the money I wasn't impressed. One thing I would do next time is not book with expedia but book directly with the resort as you can have more flexibility is resolving situations and getting money back. The breakfast options where poor especially when paying $50 per adult extra everyday. I would recommend the hotel update their menu to have more variety for different dietary requirements. Beds where average. Rooms are tidy. Pools are clean but would be better if it was heated. Spa is permanently closed and expedia advertised that they had a spa which is misleading.

I will definitely stay at Mercure Gerringong again. The room was clean, spacious, modern and comfortable. The staff were efficient and friendly. The grounds were kept beautifully tidy and super-clean. Dining was great. I loved it.

A lovely spacious room, quiet and relaxng with amiable staff. Stayed for three nights after a work trip in Sydney - an easy 2-hour drive from the city. Surprising good - exceeded expectations - room had kitchen, bath and outdoor balcony and a lot of space. Friendly welcome from staff, daily happy hour 4-6pm and only 8 mins walk from a beach! Great location for exploring Kiama, Jervis Bay area etc.

The whole experience was really good except for The Spa. We tried to book a package with the Spa Operator and we’re advised that the menus in the room and on the website were incorrect and prices had increased substantially. The owner was not prepared to move on the prices and was not very customer friendly. Mercure need to also understand that this reflects on their property. Also no courtesy car/bus or taxis available if you’d like to venture into town for dinner. All other staff were professional and friendly and the experiences with the hotel was enjoyable.

The property has a pleasant environment surrounded by plants. It has a tranquil atmosphere which is great for resting and reflection. Food is very well created and delicious. Staff is very friendly and well trained. Since its an outdoor pool, t would be good to heat the pool through solar system setup especially with winter approaching like other properties.

The room is good, clean and tidy, modern. Balcony with good mountain view. The only problems is for a two bedroom family room there was only one chain inside the room. Also the the hot water kettle was so filthy and disgusting. When I contacted room service they said they will check if there is any spare one but nothing more happening after that. I will not going back there again for sure.

I’ve stayed here many times in the past and was happy with it .. now it’s like a shabby motel but still w the hotel price point .. disappointing! It has motel products in the bathroom and kitchen and the decor/ carpet is in desperate need of updating. It was very noisy on the night I stayed and no night reception / manager / porter to call to ask to speak to the other guests or move my room at 8.30pm at night ..so I felt very uncomfortable for the whole night. Gerringong is a favourite destination for me but I will never stay here again. I gave feedback to the receptionist at checkout ..

The staff were great! The room was clean and comfortable. I don’t like how the room we were in was an adjoining room and we could hear a lot of noise from the people in the other room. The internet is extremely poor of an evening which was extremely annoying! Other than that we were extremely happy with our stay. The restaurant and day spa on site was very good would highly recommend
