My experience was really pathetic! I reach there outside of the OYO Rooms building at around 2 AM and it was pre-notified. No one was available to open the door and my phone was in international roaming which was not working after reaching to India. Somehow, my cab driver gave me his phone to give a call to OYO rooms customer care and customer care assured me that they will get back to me soon but they didn't. So, in middle of the night, I had to wait for around 10 to 15 minutes (with my little kid) outside of the hotel. That was really shocking. The hotel staff was terrible. He asked me to pay money as soon as I entered inside. He was more than un-professional. It maybe because he was not trained. However, OYO rooms should make sure that all the staff who deal with the customer should have some basic understanding and sense of humor, which was completely missing. Overall, the presentation was also not as expected. I would not recommend anyone to go to Botanical garden OYO if one can afford the stay at some other hotel.
