Thank you for your kind review. We have 3 large sunbeds being made right now to sit alongside the pool beside the beach. You will have to come back in a few months and stay with us again to enjoy them, I am sorry they were not ready when you visited. See you next time and enjoy the rest of your holiday! Thank you for taking the time to write a review. You are right, if I had small children I might choose to stay in an area that is a bit farther away from the lively "central" area of Gili Trawangan. Pesona Resort's convenient location, close to the harbor and many of the best restaurants and bars, is perfect for guests wishing to join in on the fun, however, it also means that we have some ambient noise until 12 am (when the bar next door closes). We have refrained from putting out sunloungers on the beach until the new Gili road project is complete. I wasn't sure how much space we'd have and I want to keep the area tidy for guests. In the meantime, our staff are happy to point you in the right direction for a number of our favorite spots around the island to get some sun (and some delicious lunch). We hope you enjoyed the rest of your time on your holiday!

Thank you for your lovely review, Michala! I'm pleased you enjoyed your time at Pesona and our vibrant Indian cuisine that we are known for. We realized as soon as Dive Central Gili (our dive center) got busy we needed to add a 2nd pool so that's why we have the new one in the garden area that's only for resort guests. So glad you got the chance to visit Azure Spa as well! Please think of us again when you plan your next holiday in Gili Trawangan.

Dear Guest, We're glad you were happy with the Staff and Location at the Resort. We're confident our photos have a true reflection of our rooms so we are surprised to hear otherwise. We do not advertise our rooms as having closets, although Deluxe rooms are all fitted with wardrobes. Our rooms are designed for fitting 3 persons as the maximum occupancy, a roll-away bed would have been added to your room to allow for your extra guest which would have resulted in a smaller feel to the room. Dear Patrick, We're sorry to hear of your experience at our hotel. We are currently under construction on part of our resort which we apologise to guests for upon their check in, however the work starts at 8am and very rarely exceeds a 5pm finish. Bed bugs are dealt with immediately if ever reported. As you know, no hotel can guarantee no bed bugs as guests can transport them from other hotels. Upon your complaint the room was immediately closed and fumigated and we apologised for your inconvenience and disappointment. Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Kind Regards Jen

We're very sorry to hear you were disappointed with your stay. Although we do have many vegetarian options available for purchase on our restaurant menu, your review has brought to our attention that the breakfast included in the room rate in fact had only 1 option which was suitable for vegan consumption. We have since added 2 new breakfast options to the breakfast which is included for room guests which contain no animal products. Thank you for taking the time to write a review.
