Dear Mr Keneth, Thanks for your feedback during your stay, first to all, So Sorry we not make your stay uncomfortable with us, let me explain in regard of your concern, after we did investigation , our staff at reception is well train to served the guest during their stay , as that time the staff still with other guest inquiry, so sorry for that. Be inform our bikes is well maintenance but the road surround is really bad for the bikes, In regards of the AC , all Cocoon rooms upstairs we placed outdoor AC at the balcony, We will bring up to our management about this issue, And the garbage next door behind the bar, we already complaint to chief of village about this matter, as Pinkcoco hotel always care with the surround of the island, Again thanks for your feed back , hope with this feed back will improve in the future, Pink Regards Putu
