Verry beautiful suite Staff verry friendly and dedicated. Well situated : not far from arrival boat port, on the beach but not in the clubs and noisy area wich was perfect. Spa was ok but The quality of the staff ( massages) are not equal. Some verry good , some not good We had an issue with the fridg. They were very fast to arrange for another fridg. Dislikes : alley to go to the suite is in need of repair and maintenance , they do not serve any alcool, water gallon in suite is in the outside portion, so the water is hot

always no electricity power.....
i stay 3... frist night i check in at the afternoon 3pm somthing... there was NO electricity power...and i return back to hotel at 2200 still not fix up...until 2300 the power was back... at the next day the power was stop sudden, nearly few times aday... at the last night...they press the bell at the night time and wake me up... the reason is they need to come to my room to fix the power to the other... making me very very stressful for the power happens...

Schöne Zeit im La Bella.
Wir fanden es sehr schön im La Bella und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Natürlich kann man es nicht mit einem 4 Sterne Hotel in Europa vergleichen dafür ist es auch wesentlich günstiger. Wenn einmal ein Tierchen über die Terrasse läuft dann ist das in Indonesien nun Mal so da kann das Hotel auch nichts dafür. Das gesamte Personal war immer super freundlich und wenn einmal etwas nicht gepasst hat dann würde der Wunsch direkt erfüllt.

La villa le falta mucho mantenimiento y ya no solo dos, ellos mismo se entre ellos gritan desde las 5 de la mañana y ya no puedes dormir, luego te dan una sola toalla para dos personas durante los cuatro días. Bastante decepcionante la verdad

There was no signage and we needed to ask were the villas were and after navigating a not so nice laneway (building going on the street frontage) the villa presented as the photos suggested. The bed was welcoming and very comfortable along with your own private pool. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Lage und Ausstattung nicht zufriedenstellend
Mit der Lage und Ausstattung nicht zufrieden, da Strandlage angeboten wurde und die Anlage liegt nicht am Strand, sondern in Seitenstrasse, die nicht besonders sauber ist und zum Strand muss man über dem Hauptweg rüber, der von Pferdekutschen und Fahrrädern so stark befahren ist, dass man sehr Acht nehmen muss, damit einem nichts passiert. Die Ausstattung ist sehr veraltet und die Duschräume/WC riechen so extrem (Art chemischer Behandlung), dass die Tür zu diesem Raum aus gesundheitlichen Gründen auf jeden Fall zu sein muss.

Bem localizado, de frente com um dos melhores pontos de snorkeling e na rua principal do agito de bares e restaurantes. Quando reservei a informação do hotel e que tinha piscina externa, porém não tem, a não ser que você reserve um quarto com piscina privada, você não terá piscina. Quando chegamos fomos acomodados no quarto número 10, de frente com a praia, porem a vista da varanda não é bacana, cheia de fios que passam na altura da cabeça pela varanda. O quarto número 10 estava exatamente ao lado de uma obra dd expansão do hotel, era impossivel ficar no quarto durante a tarde dado tamanho barulho, pedimos pra trocar de quarto e expressamos nossa insatisfação, mas só nos últimos 2 dias que hospedagem que nos trocaram pra um quarto melhor, esse sim mais silencioso e devido a insatisfação com o problema da piscina, nos deram um quarto com piscina privada. Em relação a limpeza, acredito que o quarto 10 tenha percevejos, minha noiva ficou toda empipocada e com coceira por que é alérgica, a limpeza do quarto e feita duas vezes no dia, mas acredito que o quarto esteja contaminado ja. O café da manhã e muito bom e farto, podendo ser servido no quarto e na praia.

Excellent place with exceptionally friendly staff
I stayed in Villa Bella 6 nights for a honeymoon. The room was big with a lot of the comforts of a house. I stayed in the cheaper room with no private pool but didn’t feel that since the shore was about 100 feet from my room. I could see the beach from my bed. They had a good menu for breakfast with plenty of food choices and drinks. The staff were extremely friendly and met all my expectations. There was a construction near my room as the villa is trying to expand like many other facilities on the island. The staff warned me about the construction noise that started from 9:00am to 5:00pm and told me they will delay the start if I request it. The construction is in its last phase and it hardly affected my days. Overall, I had a pleasant time in Villa Bella.

big value villa
i love the villa. altho the private pool only can take 3 to 4 adults, but the villa is big itself. the room is very comfortably big. the garden is clean and cosy. i truly like the place. and the beach is just a minute away. you can get the sunrise view oversee the mount Rinjani. 10 minutes walk from the boat harbour and the central. the side of the villa is the pathway to the west side of the island. walk for 30 minute & u can get the sunset view oversee the Mount Agung of Bali.

He estado del 26 de marzo hasta el 28 de marzo. Solo puedo hablar de la habitación sin piscina privada que fue la mía y la cual no os aconsejo para nada porque no se corresponde para nada a la realidad. El día que llegamos nos enseñaron la habitación corre que te corre y listo, cuando llegamos por la noche lo primero de todo el cuarto de baño olía fatal pero mal mal claro de ahí que tienen un difusor cada cinco minutos dentro del cuarto de baño el cual tampoco tenía luz. Se lo dijimos a la chica de recepción y nos dijo que más tarde vendría el responsable el cual no apareció lógicamente en toda la noche. A la mañana siguiente hablamos con el responsable y nos dijo que no nos preocupásemos para nada porque lo iban arreglar. La primera noche tuvimos que ducharnos con la lámpara de mesa metida en el cuarto de baño para no pegarnos un tortazo en la bañera. Al día siguiente reservamos una excursión con un barco privado, todo a través del hotel, durante esta excursión a mi pareja se le perdió el tubo de hacer Snorkel el cual era pues el típico que te encuentras en cualquier bazar una vez llegamos a la playa el de la excursión nos dijo que se lo teníamos que pagar si o sí y le teníamos que dar 250.000rupias=15€ por SOLO el tubo. Después de estar peleando me pareció bochornoso que el del hotel después de lo poco que nos quejamos por el estado de la habitación ni siquiera se hiciera cargo de 10 miseros €. Al final tuve que pagar el tuvo. Y esa noche TAMPOCO nos arreglo la luz.

Hübsches Hotel in Ruiger Gegend
Wir hatten das zimmer mit dem privat pool. Das sehr schön war. Das Hotel ist nur wenige schrite fom Strand entfernd. Leider war das Hotel im Unbau was leider ein bisschen lärm mitbrachte. Aber alles in allem war es für den Preis ein super Hotel. Würden es auf jeden fall wieder buchen.

Right on the beach
I booked the sea view king room,(not the villa) it was a nice sized room decorated nicely. Very nice views from the balcony. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. about a 10-15 minute walk from the port where the ferry drops you off, we took a little horse carriage just for fun, took about 5 minutes or less to arrive at the hotel. The AC unit wasn't very powerful and hot or warm water for a shower or bath is non existent. The Wi-fi connection wasn't very good. There is some if the best snorkeling on the island right in front of the hotel, we even saw a few sea turtles. Tons of places to eat nearby, breakfast selection is pretty good, those banana pancakes are amazing. Bike rental is recommended to see the whole island, the hotel can also assist in acquiring bikes or any other rentals. I would probably go back here.

Need to improvement
This hotel is good for stay have private pool big room and big bath, however the facilities are good the management need to improve in customer services. When my wife and I are staying in the villa there are three or four people making work in the roof of the hotel and look at the inside of the villa. They work until 7 pm and begin in the morning at maybe 8:30 am. So we can't rest well. In the project morning working leave us without electricity because they need power in the drill. The villa is gorgeous but we can't full enjoy it. The Air conditioner is too small for the room and the bed is the opposite site of the air conditioning stream so we ask for a fan to redirection the air. The bathroom not smell well because don't have ventilation. Some other minor thing like the closet door don't close and the bathroom door not close too. We stay in the villa number 1. These is the first one when you arrive therefore inside the villa you can hear all the chitchat the employees have in the check in office. But for the price is really good deal. The location is good but prepare to hear the mesquite prayer all you stay. The villa have minibar and a lot of space.

Très bon emplacement. À la fois proche du port et a 20min a pied pour aller de l'autre côté de l'île. La villa très bien, comme sur les photos. Je recommande en plus avec la piscine privee tres agreable. La seule chose qui nous a agacés, c'est dès notre arrivés l'un des employés voulait absolument que l'on paye le lit supplémentaire "extra bed" (350.000 Rp par nuit en plus),car il s'agit d'une villa pour deux personnes. Sauf que, dans ma réservation il est bien précisé que nous avons payés la totalité de l'hôtel pour 3 personnes. Et tous les jours il n'a pas arrêté de nous demander de payer... Jusqu'au moment où on lui a dit de voir avec son patron et de ne pas hésiter de venir nous voir pour en parler... Au final, nous n'avons rien payé et le dernier jour il nous a laissé tranquille...Et nous n'avons jamais vu le patron.

Excellent stay, well located and great service.
Nice hotel in a quiet side-street 1 minute walk from the water (where you can snorkel right off the beach and see great marine life, even sea turtles). Also close to all the restaurants but not noisy. Amazing service. Recommended.
