Discomfort due to strong water
Service, facilities were all great, but the only defect was strong water. Because of strong water, we could not wash well.

This hotel was really convenient in our way to Yellowstone National park and very close to the Devils tower National Monument.

Really kind and helpful staff. The room was in pristine condition. My only suggestion would be to put a bathmat in the tub; the bottom is really slippery.

Front desk manager Heather was great. She worked late last night and was here before 6am setting up breakfast!! Best Western should treat her well!!

Great place to stay.
This is a beautiful property with a lovely rustic feel - log staircase in the main lobby and themed color scheme and pictures in the room. Super clean, comfy and quiet. The ice machine was out of order, but the management did not leave anyone high and dry - they brought in 2 big coolers packed with ice to a big table near the lobby. A very considerate touch. The room had the much-appreciated amenities of fridge, microwave, coffee maker and TV. The breakfast room was open till 10:00 and had good options. Overall a very pleasant stay, and if we ever come back for another Devils Tower visit, we'd stay again.

Mooi hotel en mooie grote kamer. Service ondermaats. Ontbijt is dra.atisch slecht: tafels vuil en niemand om ze te reinigen. Doe het zelf. Ontbijtruimte veel te klein en zeker niet in verhouding tot de grootte van het hotel. Het ontbijt zelf is inspiratieloos door de veel te beperkte keuze. Dit is minder dan continentaal.

This hotel is newer and in great condition. Our room was clean and ready when we checked in. We even had a "joke" written down for us by the young men who cleaned the rooms! I wrote one back and left a tip! Beds were comfy and the place was quiet. Only downfall is no elevator to the 2nd level, although we were placed on the 1st floor like we asked at booking due to a bad knee. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a place to stay just 8 miles down the road from Devils Tower! Cute small town as well.
