It was a great stay for the money. Clean and friendly staff. A great pool. But the rooms are not made to sleep well. They are great in themselves but you can hear every foot step above you and down the hall.

Ripped and stained furniture in rooms-no snack vending machines. We had a room by entrance into water park….very noisy. Water park portrayed online was NOTHING like in person. Very disappointing.

Large , clean rooms. Loved the complimentary breakfast. And the pool and water slides look really fun.

The waterpark is always a fun time for my children. The staff is always friendly and accommodates changes to reservations as needed.

Would’ve rated the stay higher but when we left in the morning for a bit and returned at 1030 to gather the rest of our things, the staff had cleaned our room and placed all our items in the lost and found even though we hadn’t checked out and check out time isn’t even until noon. They had thrown away the food in the fridge that was going to be our lunch for day. I’ve never had that happen at a hotel before, it was very strange and disappointing.

Had booked within an hour of checking in and had no problems. Customer service was excellent. Room was nice and building was well taken care of.

The staff here is top notch. Very friendly and courteous. The pool of course the kids love. The beds and pillows are great, TV is bonkers! My family wants one for our home 😛

-did not have any tissues - it was so dry in there maybe add a humidifier -terrible service -people were loud in the halls -Toiletries provided were used -did not check my ID during the check-in

Excellent stop on our cross-country roadtrip. The Country Inn is well-maintained. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept. Even the lobby and common areas were charming and decorated nicely for Christmas. Hot breakfast in the morning was very good. Friendly staff, efficient service, conveniently located, And a great price! We definitely recommend this one.

Don’t say you have the water park when it was scheduled to be closed for an extended time. Should have contacted all of us with bookings to make sure we still wanted it. Pretty poor to close it with big state swimming taking place. Could have waited a week and they would have had a long time before massive crowds

Everything was great except the scrambled eggs at breakfast. They had a weird texture and taste that was not normal for scrambled eggs. I think they used powdered egg mix not real eggs. Other than that the breakfast was great.

Hotel was nice enough, room was clean, breakfast was adequate. Staff at front desk were less than friendly and not very helpful. Location was okay, no gas station in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.
