Rooms were cold, temp couldn't be adjusted, unit kept blowing cold air until I finally unplugged it the second night. Blankets on bed were super thin, even doubled over we were very cold. Winter in Wyoming, room should have been able to be heated and had warmer blankets.

Honestly this place is nothing special. Beds were extremely soft but comfortable ish. For the price of it they should have breakfast available but they don’t. If you’re just passing through like we were it’s a good option.

Do not recommend
Booked the room arrived to a no vacancy. Hotel desk said they overbooked had to spend an hour on the phone to get a refund from Hotels.com because room was booked with no refund plus had to find another place to stay!! Almost no worth booking ahead so much for technology when you have incompetent people working at this hotel

Not too bad.
This hotel was pretty average, not so bad but nothing to make it great. There wasn't enough parking and there wasn't any breakfast provided, though they offered a coupon to a local restaurant. Staff was friendly. It was affordable which made it ok.

National Park tour
I was doing a National Park tour and found this hotel in the direction of my next destination. The room was clean and quiet. I was very satisfied.

Needs to do better..
The positive is that for an older hotel this was cleaner then I expected. The bed was comfortable but only one thin blanket is given. There is separate treatment at this hotel if you book third party. I requested an early check in and was told no because I booked through Hotels.com. After I voiced my concerns about the difference in treatment the woman on the phone agreed to let me come an hour earlier. When I got to the hotel the receptionist informed me that was what the manager wanted. Not good business since they are choosing to allow bookings and they are getting paid. Had it not been for this manager’s decision to separate third party bookings from direct booking I may have considered this place for my trip back in two months but I will not return.

This hotel serves a great many "repeat customers," so it has the art of responding to individual requests down pat. During our month-long travel experience with increased demand on facilities, many are struggling to meet the needs of the traveling public - not so in this gem. The staff listens and responds to your every request. It may be missing some of the 'bells and whistles' of more expensive options, however it more than compensates for any perceived 'deficiencies' by cheerfully providing top-notch service and a laid-back but efficient staff who go out of their way to make the weary traveler comfortable. Grab the next available room and see for yourself!

It was fine for one night and price. Outadated, but room was clean. Didn't care for second floor room with no elevator. Water pressure was not great.

Need a new manager
The manager was very rude and acted angry because we reserved the last room. She was even cursing about it. Her attitude insures that we eill never reserve a room at this establishment again. The room was fine for one night. Bed was not very comfortable.
