With the entrance/exit there is a sign on our front Reception door that states you do need to use your room key to get back in from 8.30pm due to security purposes. Next time you stay with us we will be happy to assist you with this. We are unsure as to why staff would have shown your room and tv unless requested but have forwarded this to the Venue Manager.
