Value stay for an overnight stopover.
Arrived to find front desk unstaffed, in contrast to check in instructions in the booking confirmation. I phoned the number on the confirmation and a lady off-site directed me to collect my keys via a lock box. Simple process, but would have been helpful to know the process beforehand. Property is basic but clean. No other cars in car park left me somewhat disconcerted however the following morning a few more had arrived. Toilet had issues with flush not stopping and continual re-pressing of flush required. Very good value for money however; cheapest motel I've paid for in a decade.

The receptionists were most helpful and friendly and the unit was very clean.

Property was fine for just a one night stay and for the price. Bathroom door hinges were very loose making it hard to close but an easy fix that just needs attention. I have no complaints.

The room are newly updated and normally typical of an affordable accommodation. However, there were some substandard housekeeping issues.

Freshly refitted rooms
Recently refitted and in a good location if you travelling - half way Brisbane to Mackay Food and drink they will make and give you room service at competitive prices . We liked it will stay again

Well located to the CBD
Easy walk, albeit up a hill to the CBD. Motel was comfortable, clean and well priced. Bathroom had been recently renovated. Would stay again

Motel is in a handy, central city location. Room was clean and had good amenities including fridge and microwave. Shower head was awesome. Staff are lovely. Only downfall was the noisy fridge which made it hard to sleep. Other than that, perfect for a stopover stay.

My partner and I had a pleasant stay here. Service was convenient and quick, the staff were very helpful and polite. The rooms were new, fresh and had everything we needed. Lots of parking which also makes it super convenient. Bonus hotels, pubs, etc in walking distance

We usually love staying here. However this time was a bit of a let down. There was nobody at reception when we arrived and no instructions on what to do if this happens. The room was dusty. It also had hair and eyelashes in the sheets. We will probably think twice before staying here again.

No manager on site, had to call on phone, key under mat. Main light fixture was 1/2 missing. Easy to hear tvs and people smoking on the decks (though all noise stopped after 9). No recycling. Clean unit, well equipped with nice towels, real cutlery, a few dishes and cups and washing liquid. Some folks working and up early. Easy access to a downtown area that closes at 4:30. McDs nearby, easy highway access. Stay in Rockhampton if you are in transit.

Hisorry if the Motel was not at your standard but may i say the Motel is at a good clean and respectable Motel for all other guests that stay for you to say it was not up to standard then maybe you need to look at 5 star accomodation in the area but i appreciate your feedback
