I would discripe this location rather as Motel. Check in with the key in a save because of no front desk. No Breakfast. No Service

Thank you for taking the team to provide feedback. Our front desk closes nightly as not maned 24 hours but a duty manager onsite is available for all after hours assistance who can also give access codes if mobile numbers are not provided to send sms details. Cotton Mill is located in the courtyard which opens at 5am and our guests can charge back. We have a coffee shop which will be opening soon for in house guests adjoining to the hotel. I am sorry to hear that no service was provided to you.

The Hotel is great in a very good location although there is not much to do in Gladstone Shane because it could be great if the town had more to offer. Nothing l open on weekends just a couple of places to eat on the main strip, would not spend more than a night here

We have now stayed here 2 years in a row for an event. The staff are always soo helpful and happy!!! They go above and beyond helping you find everything you need and is always a delight to deal with!!!!

No house keeping on the weekend, noisy cleaning staff (cleaning up after a water leak), broken air condition/ heater, bed sunk in the middle, carpet a bit sticky.

The property did experience a large water leak in which staff tried their hardest to keep noise to a minimal but hours was spent cleaning the water and using a machine to extract the water to avoid further damage. I have passed on your other comments to maintenance to investigate.

Exactly what i needed for the night. The room was recently refurbished and it looks nice. The carpet appeared dated and didn't match the renovation; however, overall i was pleasantly surprised

Lovely rooms. Nicely furnished. Everything in the room you could need such as a desk and chair and separate comfortable reading chair. Mini bar, kettle, iron and ironing board. Nice products in the bathroom by the ‘Thank You’ brand. Staff were pleasant and efficient. Close to cafes and restaurants. We stayed over the Easter long weekend and then again the following weekend. The in-house restaurant was not open at all over the Easter weekend or for breakfast at all. Would highly recommend.

The name of the hotel was confusing to taxi drivers and made it hard to google and find it. Staff was really friendly and helpful. The building could do with an update.

Was in great location close to everything. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Could do with a upgrade, especially bathroom. Was disappointed that there wasnt a choice to get breakfast at hotel.

I paid extra for what I expected security parking, not available not even security cameras over the parking area. Shower had to climb into a bath to shower, very old and tired rooms no breakfast available, the parking and breakfast should have been available on the web site. This hotel is obviously setup for FIFO. AGAIN IF THATS ON THE WEB I CAN DECIDE. it’s not for travellers.

The hotel carpark is a part of a strata title in which the body corporate owns and they lease the undercover parking spaces. Located at the front of the property is a coffee shop with a chargeback facility open from 5.30am for our guests. This information is on our welcome letter provided to all guests on arrival.
