Thanks for your review. Not sure what kind of 'smelly' you mean (food smelly, chemical smelly, toilet smelly, etc.) so I don't know what to say about it. It can depend on a lot of things and also on different peoples perceptions.

Sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. However, 1) the parking can be a bit tricky for some people, especially if they have a larger vehicle. Most drivers though, don't normally have problems with it. 2) The sink and toilet are fully functional and don't leak, but we probably should cover those cracks for cosmetic reasons. We will attend to that as soon as possible. 3) We advised you about the power outage due to electrical work on the street lines and you said it wasn't a problem and wouldn't affect you because you'd be out all day anyway. 4) We prefer not to store toasters, plates and cutlery in the rooms and there is a notice directly above the microwave which states "If you need a toaster, plates, cutlery, etc. please call or ask at reception". Sorry you didn't see it. 5) It is difficult to find jugs small enough to fit under the tap in the sink and people usually use the cups to fill the jug up. It can be much easier that way. 6) There were plenty of blankets in the cupboard for you to use if you needed them. I am very sorry that all these things didn't satisfy your expectations and I hope you find something more suitable in the future.
