Unfriendly staff. Try other one.
The reception of desk staff was very unfriendly. It was unfriendly from check-in until breakfast and check-out. I did not think that kindness was important in deciding the hotel, but I felt why it was important this time. Even if the price is good, I will not choose the hotel.

I would not stay again on this property. They have a 4 pm check in time. Because nobody is on reception area, if you came at 3 pm and the room are available you have to wait until 4 pm. The ice machine was not working.

The toilet seat and cover needs replacing as it's worn. Bath wall tiles are chipped/pealed. No working vent in restroom. Lamp shade is torn. Stains on chairs. The staff was late to opening at 4:00 pm, and several guest had to wait for 15 minutes or so for manager to show up; manager was quick to get us checked in so that was a plus. No keycards and just one physical key. Despite rooms being poorer quality and needed repairs, the rooms were clean. The ice machine was broken in the lobby and the porch next to lobby needs some maintenance. Hotel is right off the main street and sound insulation is poor so expect road noise. Expedia search pulled this up as with breakfast but hotel doesn't offer breakfast.

I have stayed overnight and I booked due to high feedback. This property is not maintained properly. Room is extremely dirty and there is no hot water in the room.

ベッド脇のランプが故障のため点かず、すぐにランプごと交換。トイレは修理の跡だらけ。バスタブはお湯を溜めることができなく、またお湯だ出るまで時間がかかる。 何より不快なのが、エアコンの音。ベッド脇の壁に室内機があり、ものすごい音で全く眠れず。エアコンを切ると、大変静かだが、部屋はすぐに寒くなり、毛布1枚のしつらえでは、寒くて寝られない。 まったく、安かろう、悪かろうのホテルでした。

It was an ok experience for a 45$ room
Well, our experience wasn’t the best neither the worse, you have to be fair when you are paying a 45$ dollars hotel room. We stayed too nights. It was clean, bed was just ok, but the AC/heat was on the side on the room and it was just hitting our faces. Blankets were too thin so we were freezing during the night and the heat on our faces was really uncomfortable, thanks God we had our own blanket. The outside of the hotel was just as a motel which looks a little scary, but the room was just ok.

No TV and no microwave, very lumpy mattress, bathroom sink broken, shower was terrible. However, I was grateful to have a room and the staff was nice.

Le pire Motel de notre séjour et le plus cher.
En un mot NUL. Et horriblement cher le WE. C’est une arnaque que vous cautionnez. Vous devriez le retirer de votre liste. Il ne faut pas plus de 60$ la chambre. Situes aux environs de monument Valley et GD Canyon, il faut réserver bien avant si c’est le We. En plus il y avait un semi marathon ce we. C’était donc bondé. TV hs, pas de réaction. Accueil mauvais. Clim horriblement bruyante. Poussière non faite. Insonorisation médiocre. Pas de petit dej: heureusement. Vu d’autres résidents pas contents également.

The motel room was clean but the coffee maker did not work. The motel was situated close to the things we were doing and close to restaurants. The room was very small, however, so it left little room to place suitcases.

Horrible! Rude staff Made snide comment when called out for rudeness "well if you want to be that way about a POOL issue." I told her the pool was important. She then, even more rude than before, stated "On the coolest day of the year." They even lied to expedia about pool availability and their communication with me prior to checkin. The next morning, the male desk clerk couldn't understand what my niece meant when she told him the bathroom faucet doesn't work right. Refused to give her some water from the office tap after she told him the faucet didn't work right. We never had any kind of warm water from our sink, and there was only barely warm water in the tub. We were told, shortly after checking in and complaining about the rude checkin to expedia, that the pool was open. That was not true; it was locked. Even after asking for it to be unlocked, my bf waited by the pool gate for 30 minutes. No one ever came to unlock it. Just a crap shot all the way around.

They advertise a queen bed. It was a full. We had to kill bugs on the ceiling. Room is usually 114 a night but because of eclipse they raised to to 499. Room was dirty and staff was unhelpful. Smirking while denying an extra pillow. Says free breakfast replied. “ oh that’s an old sign” sign is right out front of office. Don’t stay here. Price gouging, false advertising dirty rooms and rude staff!

Des voleurs, des escrocs, on m’a pas remboursé le dépôt de $250USD sous prétexte qu’il y avait un paquet de cigarette vide dans la chambre alors que je ne suis pas un fumeur. Très arrogant et très méchant le service à la clientèle. N’allez pas à ce trou à rat.
