Dear MilesIt was alarming to read your header "Pretty poor stay" - this is most definitely not the level of service that we pride ourselves upon and we are very sorry that you left us with a negative impression - and for this we deeply apologise. Apologies that the lift was out of order during your stay, and also being offered a bedroom that had been occupied - We would like to emphasise that this is not the "norm" and are pleased that the issue was resolved of course. We have noted your comments about the shower being low in power and that the quality of our cooked breakfast being poor - usually we receive positive comments about out offering. On a positive note, we are thankful that for your comment about the room and hotel being very clean.
