Very comfortable, spacious room. Picturesque pool.
We enjoyed the spacious room and the picturesque pool area. Shane, the owner, is also extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Hiring bicycles is strongly recommended in order to get to and from the beach more quickly.

Very Remote Location
The stay was great! Good service and response time. This is a housing complex with a few villas let out as hotels, ample car parking space. The location is very remote. I had a good experience with my friends. Would recommend it.

DO NOT BOOK HOTEL WITHOUT SEEING IT.
THIS WAS WRONG CHOICE OF HOTEL AT VERY HIGH PRICE. THE HOTEL WAS FAR AWAY FROM BEACH WITH NO TRAVELING FACILITY AT ALL. ROOMS WERE ALLOTED QUITE LATE AROUND 2 PM , AS WE REACHED HOTEL 9:30 / 10 AM. WE BOOKED THIS HOTEL @ RS.4500 PER ROOM PER NIGHT AGAINST 120 DAYS FULL ADVANCE PAYMENT.

"Real International-Americanized Resort"
Wow, what a nice place to stay with wonderful staff. This place is truely a gem in India and as a traveler guide publisher I can't say enough about this jewel of a hotel. In Oct 2012 I spent three weeks mostly in Goa while having dental work done in Margo. Three days on my first visit, returning two other times on short notice and two additional surprise visits during my visit to India. Each and every visit proved that this was a find not to be missed. Start with the new buildings and rooms, the last construction just finishing up on the final structure. Perfect grounds, families won't find a better set-up in all of India. Away from the vendors and stores, but still just minutes from the beach and everything in Colva. Now Colva is your most Americanized location in Goa and in saying that, all of India. The beaches are both swimable and safe, something not found at many Goa beaches. Also, the Colva area has more of the upscale hotels located in the surrounding towns. Staying at Costa Del Sol was as nice as any three star hotel in Boston or San Francisco. As amenities go, had everything and everything worked well. Again, can't go wrong ever booking at Costa Del Sol, that is if you can get a room, so book soon. While looking out back at Costa Del Sol from your balcony you'll see shepherds and cows, rice planters and Asian fields of tropical trees and plants, wild boar, monkey's and an endless feast for the eyes.

Middle of nowhere
The hotel feels like it's in a remote corner of Colva and getting to the town and to the beach is a big hassle. The hotel staff was helpful, but I can't wrap my head around why they won't change the towels every morning as in a regular hotel. The beach huts are your best chance for a enjoyable and fulfilling Goa vacation, so just stick to that.
