Nice hotel but doesn’t live up to expectations. Room was very nice, comfortable bed, hit and miss with cleaning and refill of tea/coffee supplies. Pool looks good but doesn’t get any sun, therefore very cold, not very clean and no point laying on sun beds. Breakfast buffet (Indian style, all veg) is total chaos, one person doing omelettes, if your not waiting when yours is cooked it’s given to someone else. This hotel is very nice for Asians but I think most Europeans will be disappointed. The tv only has one channel, adverts... no other channels worked. On day 2 we went to reception with a list of problems, staff very nice and tried to help, but things like bathroom floor flooding from shower was beyond their ability. Much nicer hotels in Calangute for what we paid.

Beautiful hotel, very close the the beach but the hotel is very hidden away.

Very nice experience
Very nice experience close tih the beach... Well maintained hotel with beautiful statues... Wood was just mesmerising... Got in Very reasonable price... Staff was really kind and helpful.. overall a wonderful experience... Would strongly recommend it to others

the staff was not cooperative and the room was not allotted as said the hotel has duped me and i am never going back.

Hotel Manager needs to learn a lot.
I am a seasoned traveller and I have never has such bad experience. I had mentioned during my booking as well as during checking in, that its my first wedding aniversary night and expected some value addition in regular services, a little decoration or any small gesture of hospitality, but totally let down! Cherry on top, we were asked to check out sharp @11 even after request for just 1 hr extra late check out, even tho the hotel was barely occupied. Breakfast was a disaster! Please prefer to look for more hotels as there are way better hotels near by.

Dear Karan Nayak! Thank you for review. We are sorry to know that your accomandation was not good. But all extra services in hotels usiually chargeble. Our breakfast is unlimit buffet include 6 kind of dishes, sorry if its not enough. Late check out also possible if rooms are availible, in this time we have waited big group check in, thats why we didnt extend your staying. Best wishes!

Not a good hotel for privacy or family
The Hotel is located 500 metres from the beach. Not easily accessible. Staff is friendly. Room was not clean and smells badly. Bed had spider, mosquitoes and bed sheet didn't smell good. Room service didn't pick up phone all the time and breakfast variety was terrible. Toilet was clean. Aircon was working good. TV has many channels to explore and keep entertainment. Wifi is not working and there is no signal. Rooms have connectivity to nearby rooms so there is noises heard and not good for privacy. Hotel uses manual key to access which is hard to use and also to keep. Very dull feeling and wouldn't stay here again.

Dear Anonymous! Thank you for your opinion! For your convenience, you can always leave the key at the reception. Wi-Fi works in the restaurant area, reception and rooms. Sometimes due to blackouts in Goa, there are problems with his work. but this is not the hotel’s fault. Our breakfast is unlimited buffet with 6 kind of dishes, sorry if its not enough. The hotel is surrounded by trees and plants, sometimes there is the likelihood of insects entering the room, but we carefully monitor this and regularly make insects processing. Will work out all your remarks. We are appologies that your holidays wasn't good enough. Best wishes.
