Landed Goa after a delayed flight and Leoney resort arranged for an airport pickup. I reached the hotel around 6:00am in the morning. Except for a security guard and hotel guest there was no one and I was made to sit in the outside area till a staff came who could complete the checkin formalities. No water or refreshment or apology was offered. I finally made some noise and they gave me my room which was paid for which was around 8:00am in the morning. The room was clean but in a pathetic state with mold growing. The duvet covers were torn from underneath. The television which was part for the room never worked and after informing them they still did nothing. When I complained, they blame others but never had a solution. They have great rules of check in and check out timings, I was late by 2 hours to check out and them sure made me pay half the day price, when asked to refund the first day's incompetence by not checking me into my room they just smiled and refused. Personally do not recommend this hotel. Rooms are dark and not lit and just general service and conduct was bad. Never book this hotel if you have an early morning flight, they have no compassion for travelers.
